The woman singing is named Gulabo Sapera (aka Dhanvantri); she is a singer and dancer from the nomadic Kalbaliya community in Rajasthan, which is nowhere near Kolkata. The visuals really don’t match her or that region at all, but something tells me that this French guy thinks everyone on the subcontinent is the same and couldn't care less about slapping an adivasi woman's vocals on top of some completely unrelated bollywood footage lolol
