My mother and younger sister is jealous of me. My mother has continued to put me down and sabotage anything that came for me and not my sister but I grew up in Jamaica with a family friend. I have attempted suicide due to feeling like the black sheep bur now I realize it's because I am chosen. I am proud to release my narcissist parent who want to judge me but not themselves or the role they have played in my drinking. For as long as I can remember, it's been this way with my family. I've always been the "different one" and they treated me as if I was crazy even though I was academically the smartest in the family. It was hurtful. Now I am more spiritually aware and have had to come to the realization some of them were and still are intimidated and jealous, even my mother which still hurts me to this day. But now I realize I am better without them.

My own mother didn’t clap for me at my high school graduation. I remember looking out in the crowd at her and she had a very evil look on her face. My mother never finish school she was a drop out. All of them tried to take me out in many ways. I had the craziest childhood ever. Trafficked as a child, molested by family. As soon as I told my story last year the police showed up outside my house 🤣 helicopters hovering and all. I was even falsely arrested after a family member assaulted me & I called the cops. The same cops that been stalking me for years pulling me over without cause trying to make me feel inferior to them. I thank The Most High for protecting me through it all. I saved my “mothers” life, she came back from rehab and slapped me in my face. I’m watching them lose their minds & everything else. I had my pinning ceremony in Feb 1996, my family came and did not clap for me. My mother was the most evil. I had a teacher who resembles my mom, Mrs Law (I love her rip) kindly told my mom she should be proud of me as my nursing program was extremely difficult and it was a 3.0 average with a toddler. I got some stories. My intuition was telling that they were manufacturing hardship my life. Every 1-2.5 years since early childhood I’d find myself in a different type of hell. I was constantly adapting. And Because my karmic mother wasn’t always the main perpetrator I started to idolize a version of her that didn’t exist when she wasn’t around. And she’s done some very heinous things I don’t think I ever justified them ,but Id forget how bad they were. My brain wasn’t forming memories properly. When I started my healing journey I had to repeatedly sit with the memories and pain so that I’d make a change. It was like cutting open a wound everyday just so I wouldn’t forget it was there. This woman would force me to wear tight clothes when I was clearly uncomfortable as young as 6. I told her that one of my uncles had an inappropriate video of a girl on his phone that I saw as a kid ,and she’d talk loudly on the phone with him so that I’d know that she’s still associated with him. I begged her for mental health assistance because I was done and she told me to figure it out. (This woman is college educated and we’re middle class)Little did I know that was the goal. I ended up healing myself over a few years and establishing faith in the process. So now when I see unawakened people I don’t look down on them or call them stupid. I don’t even believe in stupidity anymore there’s only trauma, ignorance and circumstance. Keep your head up chosen ones you’re here to model healing, so that the masses know that recovery is possible. We’ll show that any spiritual confusion caused by this system can be undone. I resonate with you. Same thing at my high school graduation. My mother did not congratulate me but turn her back to me and before I got ready to cry my father grab me and hug me so tight I forgot everything at that moment. Many signs were given to me that those siblings and my mother were not my tribe. I alway love with a open heart. For many years those family member treated me like I was not a family member. And for years I welcome them into my life with no love from them. I am free from them and not once did I return any hate or wanted any understanding why they hated me so much. When my father die they all including my mother did not wanted me there and let me know that by not going to the wait and told me you go and represent the family and my mother was in the bed saying she was not going to. And at the funeral at the bury they made sure I did not sat with the family at the gravesite I had to stand in the back. It took years to try to understand these people. I am free them now. I try to help one of my siblings a sister who got hook on drugs and she was one who use to beat me up and even try to harm with a butter knife and to cut my arm off . I try to help her when the other disowned her. Her hate was still there so finally I let her go. The last time I saw those people at one of my brother funeral it’s been a long time since I saw them they were shocked when they saw me and I show them love and they were just surprise. I went to each one of them and gave them a hug but one of my brother as I approached him just sat in the car and struck his hand for a hand shake I said are you kidding get out that car and give me a hug as he got out I hug him so tight that the heaven hug me back. I was not their for them nor did go home to be with them it was my brother children. It was my sister-in law who called me and invited me and my husband to stay with her. They think that I needed them but I see their pain. For whatever pain they are carrying I am not their whipping board nor am I that person they treat like a stranger I Am Free and I do understand their pain but it is not mines to carry for them. I will be in their present again showing love and Grace.
My family and long term friends have always treated Mthis way. Recently, a favorable niece said I was never supposed to have a successful life according to my numerous siblings. I was bused to highly recognized high school. As an inner city black male, I graduated with a 4.0 gpa. Nothing I ever did garnered my family's respect. I definitely can attest to growing up in a dysfunctional family with a narcissistic parent, she adopted me as a baby! I've never had genuine real love but I'm glad I got to see what a demon is because I am the Total Opposite and would never hurt anyone intentionally! They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, as a child you don't understand what is going on but you can feel that the Love Isn't Present, I always felt like I was walking on eggshells around my narcissistic parent. Now I totally understand why I would always drop things when she would come around and I felt her demonic energy, then she would hit me for dropping it.
I was most definitely the black sheep in my family. I always felt different and was treated as a scapegoat by my narcissistic father. I used to cry myself to sleep wandering what I did to make them hate me so much. My older sister is extremely hostile and jealous if I get more attention than her. I know she doesn't really like me, but for some reason, she always wants to be around me. It took a long time for me to finally break free, and I'm so glad I did. I've met members of my soul family who love me and accept me unconditionally. It has been a long journey, and relationships have been challenging, but as I'm learning to love myself, I'm learning to be more vulnerable and trusting ❤✨️🙏🏿

I can agree 100% with the feelings. I had the same experience. My 2yr old's voice was the only voice yelling loudly at the Apollo Theatre when I walked across the stage come that graduation day when they called my name. I was in tears as she sat with my fiance' at the time and with one other family member. It hurt like hell, but it was one I had become use to. And like you I clapped for and stood everyone before me and after me. My daughter's 2yr old voice broke the dead silence..."⁰I see you there Mommy. I love you. You did it."😢😅😂 She was in class with me every day from pregancy to graduation. She sparked an awwwweee from the entire audience after she spoke because they knew she was the silent baby then toddler in their classes.
I can relate, Chhavi. Everytime I've graduated my grandmother and one of my aunts on my dad's side always come up with an excuse of why they can't attend. My sister recently graduated and they came up with the same excuses. Honestly, I'm grateful that they do not want to come around because I've seen the truth about who they are and I don't want them around me or family. Also, I thought I would share something interesting that happened at my college graduation. When they announced my name, the lady pronounced my middle name as "alien". My middle name is "Aliyah". I was just beginning to awaken to the truth. Looking back, I'm like she was telling the truth lol.

Some people I cut off it was as if they were waiting for me to realize how much they don't like me. Just me trying to hold on to what wasn't there. The moment you stop reaching out to them first, they take the opportunity to never talk to you again. I used to feed a childhood's friend ego and whatever else he had going on, after he helped me fighting off a pedo who was about to hurt me. Why as an adult, living in different countries, every time we talk he had to bring up the event as if the effer's hands were on him....As usual, I would get triggered and go on a verbal rampage and ended crying while thanking my friend for being there. To realize that my 'friend' was mentioning the event to tickle his savior complex One time, mid conversation, he tried to bring it up, I hanged up on him and that was the end of the friendship too. Someone I had known since he was 9mo old. His father was my departed sister's godfather...type of so called childhood friendship 🙄

I can relate. I let go of toxic family and friends in 2020. It took a while to face the truth. No support and I was doing all the giving and keeping in touch with family and friends. Friends were takers. Nvr supported me in anything. Not even a birthday card, yet I gv to them for theirs. I supported them, but when its me..all excuses. I stopped being a fool. Now they get nothing. You hit the nail on the head.... For my graduation, I ended up buying my mum's entrance ticket and in return she started an argument just before we sat down for the presentations and walked out. So in essence, she didn't even get to see me on stage collecting proof of the five years hard work. On top of that, she brought me a 8 x 6 cm picture frame for a snap shot and I brought her a celebration lunch. Could have completely ruined my day but as a resilient little soul, I just got on with it. Funny enough, you have triggered another memory. I then went to visit a friend in the North of England who equally acted weird all weekend and didn't want to leave her place to celebrate. I've been exposed to this type of behaviour all of my life, since a child and it still continues. Nice to hear others sharing, as so many people do not understand

Thank you sharing this. It was right on time when I was coming to the realization that my Mother and Grandmother do not like me. I moved to an island with two of her grandchildren. My mother gets free flights due to my sister who also doesn’t like me, working for the airport. She called today to cancel. She says she doesn’t feel good to fly at first. Today she said that she gonna try to buy a house. She has been saying that for a long time. She wanted my to react but I just said Oh’ that’s good! You should do that. Her trip was supposed to be next month. The main reason she was going to make the trip I feel, “because she had no problem to throw it in my face”, was that a co worker was having a wedding here. Lol Yet she travels every where else nonstop. My deceased father told me that she was jealous of me but who would want to believe that? I always wondered why I had no real connection with her. I’m unvaccinated and I posted a message on fb about us being hero’s and my grandmother is 88 years old and commented on my post being extremely rude and antagonist saying that I’m not a hero for standing up for my rights because she is vaccinated. We are not close I’ve never asked her for anything. I can’t believe the disrespect. I’m disconnecting. My sister has free flights here and won’t visit My best friend chose her man over me which is expected however it was all because I told them both that he shouldn’t have her doing illicit thing. How ironic that I'm sitting in my Mums hospital room after flying to be with her (93) and my young sister still is as evil as she was when she was in her 20's. Mind poisoned (gas lighted) by her father against me ( because I stood up to him defending my Mum) she now carries out his evil wishes. It was clear this should have been a time of togetherness but instead power, anger and hippocrracy reigned during my time visiting her. When you tell someone you love them and they refuse to look you back in your eyes and say the same yet sing God's praises, they bring in their prayer warriors (which I applauded) then that's a sign ... now I really know how to deal with her. What I have learned through out my life dealing with people like haters, narcissists; the like, keep your mouth closed concerning what you have, thinking, and are doing. Haters are unproductive people who don't have what it takes to get things done. They hate you because your are productive. Upon meeting such people, it is imperative that they be found out quickly. You must catch them early. Once caught; you must behave accordingly. That means denying them all access to you, your time, your children, your property, etc. If they try you by asking for something and they will, say no. Saying yes to a hater or a narc, is interpreted by them as weakness and\or stupidity.
Once we realize that we have been selected by someone as a scapegoat, we understand why there always seemed to be an imbalance in our relationship with them. The most empowering truth we can gain from our understanding is that the person has a personal inadequacy that we either highlight by our own light or they compare themselves to us and are envious of us. For either reason they will withhold the least support and celebration of you.

I had something like that happen to me when I was in the military. I had just completed leadership school, and none of the members of my command didn't bother showing up...not one. It was discouraging to see all of my classmates command there to support them, and out of close to 100 guys I didn't have one show up to support me. When the graduation ceremony was over I went back to my unit, and my First Sergeant asked me what I was doing there. At that point I was done. I got out the military a few months after that.

My mother and younger sister is jealous of me. My mother has continued to put me down and sabotage anything that came for me and not my sister but I grew up in Jamaica with a family friend. For as long as I can remember, it's been this way with my family. I've always been the "different one" and they treated me as if I was crazy even though I was academically the smartest in the family. It was hurtful. Now I am more spiritually aware and have had to come to the realization some of them were and still are intimidated and jealous, even my mother which still hurts me to this day. I remember my “parents” came to my nursing school graduation. No one said congratulations I could sense the jealousy. None of my siblings came. All of them tried to take me out in many ways. I had the craziest childhood ever. Trafficked as a child, molested by family. As soon as I told my story last year the police showed up outside my house 🤣 helicopters hovering and all. I was even falsely arrested after a family member assaulted me & I called the cops. The same cops that been stalking me for years pulling me over without cause trying to make me feel inferior to them. I thank The Most High for protecting me through it all. I saved my “mothers” life, she came back from rehab and slapped me in my face. I’m watching them lose their minds & everything else. For some reason Yahweh wants me to see this, all I want is to get away! They still attack me spiritually EVERY night & I’ve been dreaming of many funerals. There jealousy is KILLING them, literally.

I got some stories. My intuition was telling that they were manufacturing hardship my life. Every 1-2.5 years since early childhood I’d find myself in a different type of hell. I was constantly adapting. And Because my karmic mother wasn’t always the main perpetrator I started to idolize a version of her that didn’t exist when she wasn’t around. And she’s done some very heinous things I don’t think I ever justified them ,but Id forget how bad they were. My brain wasn’t forming memories properly. When I started my healing journey I had to repeatedly sit with the memories and pain so that I’d make a change. It was like cutting open a wound everyday just so I wouldn’t forget it was there. This woman would force me to wear tight clothes when I was clearly uncomfortable as young as 6. I told her that one of my uncles had an inappropriate video of a girl on his phone that I saw as a kid ,and she’d talk loudly on the phone with him so that I’d know that she’s still associated with him. I begged her for mental health assistance because I was done and she told me to figure it out. (This woman is college educated and we’re middle class)Little did I know that was the goal. I ended up healing myself over a few years and establishing faith in the process. So now when I see unawakened people I don’t look down on them or call them stupid. I don’t even believe in stupidity anymore there’s only trauma, ignorance and circumstance. Keep your head up chosen ones you’re here to model healing, so that the masses know that recovery is possible. We’ll show that any spiritual confusion caused by this system can be undone. I resonate with you. Same thing at my high school graduation. My mother did not congratulate me but turn her back to me and before I got ready to cry my father grab me and hug me so tight I forgot everything at that moment. Many signs were given to me that those siblings and my mother were not my tribe. I alway love with a open heart. For many years those family member treated me like I was not a family member. And for years I welcome them into my life with no love from them. I am free from them and not once did I return any hate or wanted any understanding why they hated me so much. When my father die they all including my mother did not wanted me there and let me know that by not going to the wait and told me you go and represent the family and my mother was in the bed saying she was not going to. And at the funeral at the bury they made sure I did not sat with the family at the gravesite I had to stand in the back. It took years to try to understand these people. I am free them now. I try to help one of my siblings a sister who got hook on drugs and she was one who use to beat me up and even try to harm with a butter knife and to cut my arm off . I try to help her when the other disowned her. Her hate was still there so finally I let her go. The last time I saw those people at one of my brother funeral it’s been a long time since I saw them they were shocked when they saw me and I show them love and they were just surprise. I went to each one of them and gave them a hug but one of my brother as I approached him just sat in the car and struck his hand for a hand shake I said are you kidding get out that car and give me a hug as he got out I hug him so tight that the heaven hug me back. I was not their for them nor did go home to be with them it was my brother children. It was my sister-in law who called me and invited me and my husband to stay with her. They think that I needed them but I see their pain. For whatever pain they are carrying I am not their whipping board nor am I that person they treat like a stranger I Am Free and I do understand their pain but it is not mines to carry for them. I will be in their present again showing love and Grace.

I definitely can attest to growing up in a dysfunctional family with a narcissistic parent, she adopted me as a baby! I've never had genuine real love but I'm glad I got to see what a demon is because I am the Total Opposite and would never hurt anyone intentionally! They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, as a child you don't understand what is going on but you can feel that the Love Isn't Present, I always felt like I was walking on eggshells around my narcissistic parent. Now I totally understand why I would always drop things when she would come around and I felt her demonic energy, then she would hit me for dropping it.
I was most definitely the black sheep in my family. I always felt different and was treated as a scapegoat by my narcissistic father. I used to cry myself to sleep wandering what I did to make them hate me so much. My older sister is extremely hostile and jealous if I get more attention than her. I know she doesn't really like me, but for some reason, she always wants to be around me.
It took a long time for me to finally break free, and I'm so glad I did. I've met members of my soul family who love me and accept me unconditionally.
It has been a long journey, and relationships have been challenging, but as I'm learning to love myself, I'm learning to be more vulnerable and trusting ❤✨️🙏🏿

I can agree 100% with the feelings. I had the same experience. My 2yr old's voice was the only voice yelling loudly at the Apollo Theatre when I walked across the stage come that graduation day when they called my name. I was in tears as she sat with my fiance' at the time and with one other family member. It hurt like hell, but it was one I had become use to. And like you I clapped for and stood everyone before me and after me. My daughter's 2yr old voice broke the dead silence..."⁰I see you there Mommy. I love you. You did it."😢😅😂 She was in class with me every day from pregancy to graduation. She sparked an awwwweee from the entire audience after she spoke because they knew she was the silent baby then toddler in their classes.
I can relate, Chhavi. Everytime I've graduated my grandmother and one of my aunts on my dad's side always come up with an excuse of why they can't attend. My sister recently graduated and they came up with the same excuses. Honestly, I'm grateful that they do not want to come around because I've seen the truth about who they are and I don't want them around me or family.
Also, I thought I would share something interesting that happened at my college graduation. When they announced my name, the lady pronounced my middle name as "alien". My middle name is "Aliyah". I was just beginning to awaken to the truth. Looking back, I'm like she was telling the truth lol.

I begin to understand the importance of loving myself unconditionally then I came into my spiritual journey I'm still learning and working on myself. Some people I cut off it was as if they were waiting for me to realize how much they don't like me. Just me trying to hold on to what wasn't there. The moment you stop reaching out to them first, they take the opportunity to never talk to you again.
I used to feed a childhood's friend ego and whatever else he had going on, after he helped me fighting off a pedo who was about to hurt me.
Why as an adult, living in different countries, every time we talk he had to bring up the event as if the effer's hands were on him....As usual, I would get triggered and go on a verbal rampage and ended crying while thanking my friend for being there.

I can relate. I let go of toxic family and friends in 2020. It took a while to face the truth. No support and I was doing all the giving and keeping in touch with family and friends. You hit the nail on the head.... For my graduation, I ended up buying my mum's entrance ticket and in return she started an argument just before we sat down for the presentations and walked out. So in essence, she didn't even get to see me on stage collecting proof of the five years hard work. On top of that, she brought me a 8 x 6 cm picture frame for a snap shot and I brought her a celebration lunch. Could have completely ruined my day but as a resilient little soul, I just got on with it. Funny enough, you have triggered another memory. I then went to visit a friend in the North of England who equally acted weird all weekend and didn't want to leave her place to celebrate. I've been exposed to this type of behaviour all of my life, since a child and it still continues. Nice to hear others sharing, as so many people do not understand

My mother gets free flights due to my sister who also doesn’t like me, working for the airport. She called today to cancel. She says she doesn’t feel good to fly at first. Today she said that she gonna try to buy a house. She has been saying that for a long time. She wanted my to react but I just said Oh’ that’s good! You should do that. Her trip was supposed to be next month. The main reason she was going to make the trip I feel, “because she had no problem to throw it in my face”, was that a co worker was having a wedding here. Lol Yet she travels every where else nonstop. My deceased
father told me that she was jealous of me but who would want to believe that? I always wondered why I had no real connection with her. I’m unvaccinated and I posted a message on fb about us being hero’s and my grandmother is 88 years old and commented on my post being extremely rude and antagonist saying that I’m not a hero for standing up for my rights because she is vaccinated. From what you are describing with your mom (my mother was VERY mean too), you learn to ignore the bad behavior in order to survive. It is a trauma response. You learn to be delusional about the malignant care giver in order to "bond" because you need them to provide care.

How ironic that I'm sitting in my Mums hospital room after flying to be with her (93) and my young sister still is as evil as she was when she was in her 20's. Mind poisoned (gas lighted) by her father against me ( because I stood up to him defending my Mum) she now carries out his evil wishes. It was clear this should have been a time of togetherness but instead power, anger and hippocrracy reigned during my time visiting her. When you tell someone you love them and they refuse to look you back in your eyes and say the same yet sing God's praises, they bring in their prayer warriors (which I applauded) then that's a sign ... now I really know how to deal with her. What I have learned through out my life dealing with people like haters, narcissists; the like, keep your mouth closed concerning what you have, thinking, and are doing. Haters are unproductive people who don't have what it takes to get things done. They hate you because your are productive. Upon meeting such people, it is imperative that they be found out quickly. You must catch them early. Once caught; you must behave accordingly. That means denying them all access to you, your time, your children, your property, etc. If they try you by asking for something and they will, say no. Saying yes to a hater or a narc, is interpreted by them as weakness and\or stupidity.

Once we realize that we have been selected by someone as a scapegoat, we understand why there always seemed to be an imbalance in our relationship with them. The most empowering truth we can gain from our understanding is that the person has a personal inadequacy that we either highlight by our own light or they compare themselves to us and are envious of us. For either reason they will withhold the least support and celebration of you.

I had something like that happen to me when I was in the military. I had just completed leadership school, and none of the members of my command didn't bother showing up...not one. It was discouraging to see all of my classmates command there to support them, and out of close to 100 guys I didn't have one show up to support me. When the graduation ceremony was over I went back to my unit, and my First Sergeant asked me what I was doing there. At that point I was done. I got out the military a few months after that.
