Also here is a written explanation on how to grab exotics from season that you didn't even play:
The DLC alone doesn't usually come with the season pass. If you have purchased annual game editions then you'll be able to grab the first reward of each season even if you never played that season.
So for example if you purchased Lightfall Annual Edition then you can grab the exotics from: S23, S22, S21 & S20
If you purchased The Witch Queen Annual (back when it was available) then you'll be able to grab the exotic from: S19, S18, S17, S16
That's as far as you can go and once Final Shape Launches they'll probably remove the Old APIs so you might lose access to Witch Queen Seasons and Ligthfall seasons.

@@mrtom8042 If you own the season pass for that season but you didn't play that season then you can still claim the FIRST reward of that season which is the Exotic Weapon.

Old Seasons dont even show up after the refresh.

@@GotLifeOfficially click on your account and click on season progress than click ad extentsions and season pass pass. Than it should work. I had the same problem as you.
This was helpful! I was able to grab 3 Exotics from the past seasons The Witch, The Deep, and The Defiance. I have all DLC minus Final Shape/Season Pass and a few random dungeons. I wasn't able to get anything going back from Season of Seraph, the box would show to claim the reward and give me an error code as that's obvious. I wonder if purchasing Final Shape/Season Pass would do anything else for me in the situation? I doubt it. Thanks for the content!!!
You are welcome! Yeah at this point the only way to grab those older exotics is if you purchased The Witch Queen annual edition which is no longer on sale unfortunately. But I’m really happy that you fully understood this tool, so many people get confused in here 😅
@@TreymanblokI think I got lucky, I had an update on Firefox and I use Aura and another virus scanner or website blocker and I didn't have to adjust anything. You saved me some hours farming. Now I gotta farm for that Moth Keepers Wraps for the Hunter build. I can imagine given a video on both platforms of web browsers as I read the comments but you have a following, so that's wonderful you read and respond.
Note that the rewards that you can claim are season pass level dependent. So if you did not complete or start the previous season, you cannot get stuff like glimmer, prisms etc.
BUT you can get the exotics.
So for whoever bought Lightfall with the annual pass edition for cheap (The humble bundle pack comes to mind), just grab it quickly before you need to spend prism and shards on them.
If you however have played the previous season but could not claim them due to full inventory, you can now grab them.

i dunno if they changed it recently but i cant pull those & i cant pull the exotics either after purchasing lightfall....maybe since brave they've patched this?
@@JDMKEV Just checked still works and like I've said many times already they are most likely not going to patch this, this is free money for them because some people will buy the DLCs just for this...
Make sure that you purchased Lightfall Annual edition not the normal one and also make sure that you don't have some kind of crossave mess going on in there because sometimes it'll access the wrong account.
@@Treymanblok yeah I have the annual edition because I have access to all the other content like dungeons & I can get the older season weapons & the older quests that I'm doing right now like eris morne turning into hive
I just downloaded FF fresh & also tried on chrome/vivaldi & I don't have any crossaves or anything cause I only play ps
But I noticed my screen & your screen don't match and there is no option for me to actually click on the items to redeem so im not quite sure what I'm doing wrong in this case
I've done this before in the past a long time ago thats why I knew it existed but dunno why I'm having troubles redeeming it now..I got the extension to work on both FF/chrome but ya only problem is I can't redeem the exotic
@@JDMKEV Yeah that's really odd, I have no clue what could be going on with you. Maybe it's some kind of restriction with Playstation or some kind of setting enabled/disabled.
Great video. I didn't level up much during previous seasons maybe level 10 or 19 and i have heaps of exotics and golf balls to claim how do i claim them without being levelled up???

Does this work if I bought the annual pass later on but completed the pass to lvl 100?
I wasn't able to go back past Season of the Risen. Using Edge v122.0. No problem with other seasons but starting with Lost I can see the rewards grid but it's empty. Managed to get quite a bit for the alts though. Could be an Edge issue that isn't present in actual Chrome/FF. Cheers for the reminder that this extension is a thing!

BRO YOU ARE AMAZING THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! - it didnt work on firefox for me because the change season pass menu didnt show up so i downloaded it on chrome and it worked! - also guys since bungie made ALL the seasons from lightfall to now FREE, you can claim the premium season pass rewards for free even if you didnt buy the season (it depends on what level you got up to in that season though) - bungie may remove in the final shape though - i have 3 harmonisers form season of the deep to get so im so happy thanks again!!!

Just to be clear, we can do this but you NEED to have played that previous season 20,21,22,23 and get to lvl 100 other wise buying it on a fresh account just probably give you the lvl 0 rewards which is the season exotics?

You either played those seasons and forgot to grab rewards or didn’t have the space to grab them or if you didn’t play that season you can still obtain the first reward which is the exotic
Bit of a downside cuz I was looking forward to grabbing past season ornaments.

@@Treymanblok I wasn't expecting to for the seasons I didn't play since I haven't really came around to Destiny until Plunder. But really I just had my eyes on the Seraph ornaments but I only got to half of that pass.
@Treymanblok not true there are a select few games that don't take away past seasonal content. Just for an example that 2k drive Lego game allows you to select any of the 4 seasons from the first year and work on any one at any time but only one at a time.
The one thing I wish that they could add was the ability to max out your prevous seasons

So if i bought the Annual Pass, since i didnt play the season from Lightfall? I cant claim all rewards because my season pass for each season is level 1?
yes but you can claim the exotic weapon from each season since they are behind level 0
I’ve tried to use it but once I’ve installed the extension I’m on the bungie website and click on the extension once I’ve reset the webpage it doesn’t take me back.do you have any ideas on how to fix this?
If you send me a clip of how you are doing it on discord then I’ll be able to help you more because there is a lot of things that you could be doing wrong.
Make sure that you reload the website either by clicking the reload or by pasting the link again

First of all, as a new D2 player, thank you kindly for sharing this amazing hack. I purchased lightfall back in December of 2023 and was unable to claim any of the season pass rewards even though I bought Lightfall with the annual season pass and had access to season 20 up. But I was unable to claim any exotics from previous seasons.

I just have one question for you... is it possible for me to purchase all previous seasons in a bundle or individually? As I would like to own and play all previous seasons.

Glad I could help! You can purchase old DLCs to play old campaigns and old content but you cannot purchase Old seasons unfortunately.
@Treymanblok , Thank you for the follow-up. I actually bought all of the DLC content the same time I bought Lightfall plus Annual Season pass. I'm having a bit of trouble completing Shadowkeep, so I paused to level up my character during GG 2024. Will get back to it after the new D2 content drops next week.
Hello brother, I downloaded the extension and pulled up the bungie website. I play on xbox and I used the chrome method of downloading, when I go to the season pass page and see witch queen, I use the extension and choose a season when it says active I go to refresh the page and nothing happens. Do you know what i can do? I see the drop down menu of the seasons but when i choose one it stays on witch queen. thank you !

when i reload it shows the pass and i can see how far i got but no rewards? its just an empty pass. edit: i didnt own the season so that be why haha
it looks like they removed that pass from the API so you can’t get the stuff anymore

For some reason when i go back to the early seasons the pass is completely blank. it shows my progress but in the slots, there is nothing.
Season of the Risen is the limit.
I followed all the steps and it says that the extension is missing or unreadable.
It worked for some seasons, then started to say i dont have permission to claim this reward (1686) Error

I can get the old season passes to show up it shows what level I got to and everything but no rewards show at all its just blank no icons at all anyone know why?
Okay just for the sake of the ask, what if you owned the seasons but didn’t get to unlock every reward dose this still give you the full reward package from the seasons you either missed getting them because you fell off of the season during that year or only what you already unlocked from playing
Only what you already unlocked, so in case you missed anything you can go back and grab it

Unfortunately there is not a single game that allows that, we are lucky enough to be able to claim the first reward for free even on seasons that we didn't play

You've collected everything then, if you never played those seasons then you can only grab the Exotic from them.

How do you do this if you bought the anual pass on xbox, when I go to the site it only gives steam as an option and Although I have the game on steam i did not by the pass on steam
The site also gives you an option to log in using Xbox
Even if I log in with Xbox it goes to steam and there is no way to change it
@@Iorkca If you've ever logged in using your Steam account instead then the website might have saved those details and maybe that's why it's re-directing you to Steam.
If you have cross save enabled then it might also have something to do with that, maybe it's set to have your Steam account as your ''main'' one for Bungie.
If you have your account linked to Twitch try signing with your Twitch details and see if it that way you can access the previous seasons.
I can only go up to Season of the Risen. All other seasons before it don't load for me even if I played them

You can only claim the items if you reached the seasonal level is what i noticed when trying
Yeah that's how it works, except the First Item AKA the ''Exotic of that season'' is ALWAYS unlocked even if you didn't play that season.
As long as you have purchased that season ofc, either by Annual pass or individually.
For example on the account that I created 1 week ago I purchased Lightfall Annual Edition and even though I created this account last week I was still able to grab the first level of each season, which are the exotics: Verglas Curve, Centrifuse, Ex Diris & Dragons Breath.
With this method I got them for free instead of spending Ciphers and Shards to buy them from the Archive.
@@Treymanblok i dont think its working anymore since brave came out...i just recently bought lightfall & i cant get it to work on FF, the extension works & i can view it but theres no option for me to actually pull the item

It should work for all the seasons all the way to season of the Risen.
Before Lightfall came out you could go way further back but Bungie deleted APIs so now Risen is as far back as we can go

I'm not sure how you were able to claim those weapons on a new account. I wasn't able to claim anything from a season that I didn't play, but still got a boat load of missed rewards from the seasons when I started playing and didn't have multiple chars. Like season of the witch I didn't complete, so was only able to claim rewards up to the point I had progressed in that season. Just a heads up if anyone else has the same thing.
Because I purchased the Annual Lightfall Edition, with that you can grab the first reward from older seasons, which is usually the Exotic Weapon for that season.
Is this for mobile too or only PC?

You can only get the rewards of the seasons that you played, if you have purchased Lightfall Annual edition then you can also grab the free exotic for the past 4 seasons.

That's because I played those seasons when the battle passes got released. You can only claim the first level because you did NOT play those seasons.
My game glitched and I talk to Mara and it says there is nothing available even tho I have 2 wish tokens, I need help

Check that you are accessing the right account in the first place… sometimes when you have cross save enabled, it shows the wrong one on the page or something along those lines.
Update: Anyone trying to claim that has not played previous seasons at all, it lets you claim any exotics from Season of Defiance or after. Any season before that, you will not be able to claim it. Thanks for the video, was able to get 4 exotics for free :)
Season pass exos ok - but some weapons you can’t get like Xenophage, Anarchy, asf !

If I delete a character and make a new character, you're saying I can claim season pass rewards even though I already did on the character I deleted?
I have no idea, I have not tried deleting a character to reclaim rewards, I doubt it'll work.
Seems broken at the moment, I get a popup message 'Play Destiny 2 to Unlock' tried in Firefox and Chrome. :(
Fixed this by activating cross save. Im assuming it was trying to load my PS seasons, and I don't have any characters there.
Yeah if it says that then sometimes it might be trying to load up the wrong account for you

Unfortunately neither Firefox or Chrome mobile support extensions so you are going to have to find a mobile browser that maybe does or maybe some way to emulate a desktop browser on mobile.

If your browser somehow has access to extensions then probably yeah, otherwise I don't see it happening.

Buying all the DLCs does not mean you purchased the seasons specifically. If you purchased annual pass bundles then there's an issue. Make sure you also purchased the seasons as well as the DLCs

Season of Plunder was part of The Witch Queen, so if you didn’t buy the annual pass for that then you won’t have access to Plunder.
