Can't start my day without the coffee!!!!!!! I use to run in the mornings, 2 cups of coffee and I was off! I like that you live in an area with everything in walking distance. I try to live in places like that, I don't drive but it doesn't stop me from getting outside! I wait for your videos, you make me laugh and I love the food!

Nice Apartment man! Folks told me when I moved here the domain or downtown Austin was the place to go. Western central downtown fit in my budget so that's where I settled, but you definitely have a lot more space than I do and I'm sure pay a lot less. I wouldn't trade it though, the price to be able to walk or ride a fancy electric scooter literally everywhere is well worth it and I've found the challenge of fitting everything into a downtown condo to be sort of fun. I think I'm becoming more of a hipster by the day. Lol
My vice is just simply over eating! I love food far too much! Man doughnuts, so hard to turn down but I did it yesterday! Small victories right?

Aaaallsssooo, you're in Texas now bro, you should totally make your own. HEB has an AWESOME coffee section, with the option of even grinding the beans there. I personally go the lazy route and brew it like normal coffee, let it come to room temp and then just stick it in the fridge :D
