45:17 ive done swap mode lapping with some of the practice mods out rn and i can 100% attest to the fact that swap mode lapping is the best way to play!! its complicated yet insanely fun and satisfying to pull off
Pro gamer tip: Swap mode is linked to your Noise save, so you actually don't have to 100% anything as the Noise. You can just do everything as Peppino again in the Swap Mode savefile and it will carry over to your Noise file. This also counts for the clothes that you get for not missing a single bomb lol.
Once you complete the game, go the final boss again, before that you notice the smoke is coming down, go all way down to Peppino’s house, and then get out of his house, and that’s how you unlock the Swap Mode

It gets a bit easier once you replay Secrets of the World as The Noise. Major issue is when you attempt gaining the max score.
Secrets of The World as The Noise isn't that difficult, due to Noise's moveset being different.
I was able to beat secrets of the world for noise but not for peppino, I think you got them mixed up.
