Fun fact! Queen Bees don't die when stinging, and their potent venom is typically reserved for other queens
queen bees dont have barbs on the stinger
Same thing goes for bumblebees too, they don’t have the barbed stingers either

for the mountain guardian, you could’ve made it so when it stuck its sword into the ground and was stunned for a period of time, that would be the time to attack

For the moutain guardians i would've loved a death cutscene where he steps like 2 backsteps and generate a rock behind them, then sit on it and turn back into stone. That would be dope
Or maybe put his sword in an stone, and then make an minigame where who's worthy can get his hands in that massive weapon.
I wish channels like yours would release these custom mods and mobs, even if they were patreon exclusive. There are so many fun and unique mechanics that would be an absolute joy to play.
I hate that its becoming a trend where youtuber show off some of the most creative mod idea's the community has seen in years and then never release it.

After having binged a lot of these, I've learned that you make these look insanely good, but the actual balance of them are pretty bad. A lot don't seem fun to fight, but a bit of tweaking can fix that. Overall, I'd say 85% of the things I saw would be really cool additions to the game
These are literally perfect creatures for a Skull Island, Lord of the Rings, or any Monster movie Reboot or Sequel.
True these are very good
You know it takes a whole four years to get Minecraft to make 1 mob, but it takes a day for this guy to make 3 Minecraft mobs!
It's so ridiculous. They get paid to make reskins of mobs that we already have, meanwhile these guys spend only a day or two to make insanely well-animated and intricate mobs that could serve as proper enemies to fight.

I will admit I had a few bias doubts about this vid because of the very attention grabbing tone of voice at the start, but I'm really glad I stuck around. I absolutely love the quality of these mobs and the way they move is so satisfying. Great video :D

i personally prefer the point system over asking whether it should be added to minecraft. the point system focuses on how much the modders actually like the mob, while adding it to minecraft is a whole other question 🤷♂️
Understandable, but your reason why it's not preferred (I think), it is my reason why I like it. It makes the question more related for if the mod fits in the game. If it's only by grades, it might give more nuance, but a good grade doesn't always answer if they think it should be added to Minecraft, this system does.
3:04 kind of surprised he knows the fact of bees dying after they sting you.
But the queens don't have this issue. Their stingers Are much more durable and aren't barbed so they don't get stuck on human skin unlike normal bees.
The animations are so well done and smooth! Especially the transform animations of the Whyder worm looked very fluid and impressive
I feel like with a tiny bit of tweaking the Wyder could easily fit into the Alex's caves mod
EDIT: To be exact I think it could either be in the toxic wastes (Can't remember the exact name) or a mini or full boss in the forlorn caves that's summouned by the zealot moles.

The Whyder would be an incredible swamp boss, and I could even see there being a skulk variant if a skulk dimension existed.
This makes me want to share my drawings for my original story of the creatures I’ve made but I’m really nervous about them. They look good and would probably look cool as mobs but idk if Teras or the modern would feel the same 😅
Give it a shot! If you don't try, the answer will always be no, so it's worth a shot to see if that changes when you show them off!

The queen bee has a smooth stinger so she can in fact sting more than once. Tho she usually reserves it for rival queens

Imagine after they defeated the mountain guardians a bigger one busted through the giant door to fight them
I think that the volcano golem was really cool, but if you try to use water against it, it could create obsidian and shoot out obsidian shards through it head or pillars.
I also think that the fire golems should be able to shoot fire particles, or be powered up by the obsidian that is created by the volcano golem.
I think that you should implement some kind of way to use the soul fire effects too. or have soul fire golems too.
(If you do add soul fire golems they should prob do some more damage than the normal because when you stand in soul fire it kills you faster)
That's just a concept anyways.
Imagine playing in a MC modded server with mobs made by TerasHD, It would be so epic!

When you guys made the Mountain Guardian I thought it was kinda funny because I made my minecraft skin a flower Guardian a while ago. :D
this is amazing, you must have a lot of free time, and your modelling and texturing, animating, and concepts for attacks are amazing. you should look into creating actual modpacks.
I don't think he has that much free time since these arent being produced consistently, only every few months which sounds about right

Teras, question for you, and it's probably been asked a bunch before... but how long does it take you to make a finished mob?
I don't normally watch Minecraft videos...but this was actually impressive cuz each boss was created and animated amazingly well and would actually watch more of these.
I love the videos, my only opinion is that every mob you make are massive, I would like to see a lot more smaller mobs.

Fun fact! Other bees have barbed stingers, causing them to get stuck. The queen actually doesn’t have a barbed stinger, so they can sting multiple times!

Actually queen bees have dull stingers. This allows them to sting multiple times without dying. But because they live in the hive, they only sting if it is absolutely necessary
