I use as little electrical tape as possible, as it always ends up blowing/falling on the ground and inevitably in the water. Not good. I use tubing that is heated then flared out to push over the chain plates, which is left on the stays and just pushed/pulled up/down. I use bungee cord and bobbles to tie up mast and lines. It a pity this boat has poor storage as it could be used as a dinghy cruiser.
Hi do you have access to an RS Venture Connect SCS? Could you do the same video in the boat that is set up with seats and center console? Spesicially the extra bit of setup for the Gennaker rig that runs along the deck under the seats. Also show how to thread/secure Cunningham, outhaul and reef line on mainsail?
Great! I'm rigging my RS Quest for the first time. This helps! Thanks!
Thank you very much. Most helpful.
Glad it works for you - let us know what else you need

Which knots did you use, and when?
How tight do shrouds need to be?
Standing in the boat whist it's on the trailer is a really bad idea because it damages the boat
no it dosent i sail rs ventures weekly and i do it all the time you will need tyres under the back to stop the stern from scraping
This is ridiculous. 8 minutes video that completely brushes over any number of finer points is dangerous and certainly leaves the new owner baffled
