Imagine if you were 22, doing something you loved, and out of the blue you were shot. Your life ended. And In a way, you do know her. You're either 22 or will be 22. Soon you'll be in her position or you already have been in her position. You will understand what it's like to be young and free and excited to live your life. Who dare has the right to take that away? The least you could do is pay your respects to the family that needs it most at the moment.

I'm going to be honest... I wasn't a fan of Christina because I never knew of her. I heard what happened and I was blown away. I sat down and listened to her music and I wish I had known of her before. She was amazing and didn't deserve what happened to her. But now, she's safe from all that bad stuff. She's safe from the pain and misery. We shouldn't be crying, we should be celebrating because she stepped to a whole new level. Now she can sing for the Angels. Heaven needed her more than we did. That's why she's gone. She didn't deserve to cross that new level the way she did but she's happier. She's smiling brighter than ever. She's looking down on all of us. I didn't say that we should celebrate that she died but we should celebrate that she's now and forever will be safe and happy, no more tears and no more heartbreak. Yeah, we are all tremendously sad that she's gone, but it's time to let her be happy even if it means she has to be happy without us. R.I.P Christina Grimmie.

Today is the first time I've ever heard of Christina Grimmie so it feels a little strange to watch this video. Because her voice is absolutely amazing but it makes me sad that the only reason I now know about her music is because she was murdered. If she hadn't, I probably would have gone the rest of my life without hearing her voice. So even though her death is beyond tragic and it's something that never should have happened, hopefully her friends and family can still find comfort in that her voice will still move and inspire people for many more years to come

I used to listen to this girl all the time a few years ago and I absolutely adored her with all my heart. Some time later though, I slowly started losing interest and eventually stopped listening to her completely and just forgot about her.
A few hours earlier, I found out that she'd been murdered and my heart just dropped because I remembered how much I loved her and I couldn't believe a girl so radiant and talented with so much life ahead of her could die such a horrible death. It just goes to show that it can happen to anyone, no matter how kind and sweet they are and it's absolutely heartbreaking.
Rest easy, Christina, and thank you for all the good music and memories. You'll be missed greatly.
