I’ve been there too, and I’m excited to share a technique that adds that special touch-torn edges!
Torn edges can give your projects a lovely aged look or a rugged texture, depending on how you tear the paper. It’s a super simple technique-just grab some patterned paper and let your creativity flow. Experiment with different tearing styles and see how they can transform your designs.
Ask a kid to tear and they just go for it! Ask an adult, and its how? I want it to look exactly like that. - thats the beauty of it. It won’t. Each time you tear you will get a little different look so enjoy it! Embrace the happy accidents that occur and you will start seeing lots of possibilities that just might surprise you!

I love the torn edges. I use a water painter to wet the paper it makes it easier for me to tear. I only have use of one hand so I have to improvise a lot! Lots of great card ideas TFS
