Holy shit, let me drop a couple words on this, because this is by far the most rewarding two hours I've ever spent on youtube.
This has been a fucking wild ride on this map from the beginning to the end, all that jumbling around in the end basically slowed my breath with how intense it was.
If there's one person that I hold most respect for in gaming, it's you, congratu-fucking-lations for winning this.
Every single unit you've had left by the end was pretty much necessary to win this, the mountain giant, the panda, the alch, and most importantly that demon hunter.
That one time when you got distracted into attacking his hero while he sneaked up from the left made me think you'd lose for a second, but the way you managed to turn the whole situation around in one of the best executions I've ever seen in a strategy game was a fucking feast for the eyes.

OK, this game goes down as one of the best I've ever seen you play. Hell, I can't remember a single video of yours with such a tense finale. The way this game played out, especially towards the end, made it look like it had been scripted and staged by a film crew, the suspense was HUGE! And the ending... the ending made the whole thing even better. If you ever made a top 10 of the best endings to your games, this one would sure as hell have to go there.
An instant favourite, and a well deserved one, too!
PS. MAKE THIS GAME INTO A MOVIE! With actors and shit! :PP
Wtii your tenacity and pure perseverance is absolutely admirable. I'm ashamed myself to say that I would've left at some point in the game. Your never say die attitude really taught me some lessons. Thank you Sir.

Years later, this still goes down as my third-favourite piece of WTii content ever. That ending is still one of the best examples of catharsis I have seen from a streamer.

wow this was 8 years ago and I've only watch it now. i came for a quick 10 min video and could not look away for the next 2 hours. It's comparable to Evo moment 37 for the sheer suspense and euphoric victory despite the odds

I love how this game is so long that you can actually see the day turn dark by his facecam. At the beginning it's afternoon but by the end it's late evening(he finally turns the lights on at around 1:25:40)
I just watched the entire vid. Wow the last few sec of the game was NAIL BITING! This is perhaps the most epic matches i have ever seen you play. You have shown your truest skill in this vid and i hope more people see this.

Come to think about it you should warn the other players when you do detect a maphacker. Would really put him in a more intense situation if the other players knew.

Wtii this is amazing. Easily the best video I've seen of yours.
- It showed your fantastic micro and tactical abilities at Warcraft 3
- It shamed the maphackers and proved how tiny their penises are
- It included some glorius Wtii rage, the ending was fantastic, I was on the edge of my seat, CLUTCH plays
- Great map analysis also, and what a way to prove boots of speed is so important
- Also interesting to discover that you can staff without a town hall, and it will TP you to other buildings, as he showed at the end!

Bozai Marc Anthony Problem was that he didn't have any gold for GT and if he would have send a MG there teals griffins would have killed it.

Anyways, if he had known since the start he could have used the GT properly.
Bozai Marc Anthony Well, he didn't know that he would go up against a maphacker who would put three towers there. And even if he would have had a GT it would have been destroyed by teals griffins cause of the maphack.

I just realized I said GT instead of MG, that's what I was referring to. Yes at one point he had 2 MGs and if he knew u can use them to kill walls that would have saved him a world of pain.
Anyways, I repeat the fact I said it more in a general way referring to his review.

I just feel bad that you didn't know breath of fire has incredible range. You could've used that earlier. I discovered that by accident when I played Orc campaign in FT and used Chen to burn down human boats in the first chapter, they're out of range for anybody else, but I tried breath and it worked...though this got incredibly tense and amazingly satisfying ending, excellent work and hats off to you.

God this teal guy was such a fucking map hacking, abusing twat who also even stream snipped you at the end, IDK if you noticed :DDDD Good job putting this guy to the ground mate, that last scene with the Inferno ahhhh soooooooo epic :DD Btw I loved how when skipping through the video you can see the day/night cycle in real life xD And MrNiac at 2:06:43 getting all the hate for no reason lmao

Hey so I bought this game four years a go and haven't been able to get it working but I finally found a fix for anyone still wanting to play. The problem I had was I would launch the game and the screen would flash a few times then crash. As it turns out this is a problem with windows 7. For what ever reason the game couldn't run on it due to the cinematic not working for what ever reason. All you need to do is make a shortcut of the game and go to properties and put at the end of the target " -opengl". You can't view the cinematic but the game works. Make sure you add the space and put this outside of the quotation marks.
Emm, something with your DirectX drivers, maybe? Cause it works fine for me.
End is so epic. Teal was scared before defeated as Sauron when the ring goes down.

great game, next time consider sending alchemist on a "save the planet earth" mission- dh was half a second from failing this. And if you decide to use Dh for this- use ulti first ! But i imagine you've had a mindfuck at the end of the game.

Nice review of the map!, i think you should ad a shop behind some murlocs so each player can reach one without problems and replace the remaning murlocks with an stong unit wich drops an item and a couple of level 1-3 guys to back him up

I'm pretty sure you can destroy those walls even though you can't 'select' them exactly. Not sure if you need siege weapons or not, but it's doable.

William Haynes the tree would have been gibbed by the gryphons before it got anywhere, even more so if it ended up on a bridge with no tree to eat (this would have happened due to MH)
one question, couldn't you have moved your alchemist to the towers at the end too? with the dh. So that if dh was about to die, give alchemist item, and then he can move faster? Just a thought. But it would be so close, it might've just caused him to get a block or you to accidentally block/fail at transferring item/using it.
in any case gee fucking gee and super fucking well played by you, thinking of that inferno stone was genius.
Matthías Pétursson Thanks, I was originally planning on taking the Alchemist for just that purpose but as I neared the middle & realised he was on me much earlier than I was expecting I put all of my concentration onto the Demon Hunter as I didn't think he would make it safely to the Alchemist for the transfer.

hey Wtii, so what do you think about the recent map pool update and the reversion? I mean, if we see new maps by any chance this level of aesthetic is what I want them to achieve. What if they made all tiles buildable for buildings?
Veloric Wu Nah, it's a balance thing having certain tiles unbuildable. This map can be fixed with Goblin Shops & removing the doodad blocks denying access to those tricky "aesthetic slots". I'd love to work with Blizz on refreshing the old maps & making almost new maps entirely from it. wtiiwarcraft I have just read what you mentioned on the forums. Glad to see another passionate one (with much more actions than me XD). I will think what I can add to it.
The question I have at the moment, is whether the current Blizzard crew realize how much potential WC3 still has as a viable game. For instance, your 2 hours of FFA on Andorhal despite the lack of Boots of Speed/Goblin Merchant has been much more interesting to watch than most StarCraft 2 esports these days. In terms of build diversity and gameplay mechanics Warcraft III still retains its unique position. But that's just my opinion :P
