  • This NAIDOC Week, join the National Indigenous Australians Agency in a vibrant celebration of culture, resilience, and pride with our latest video: "Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud." This year's theme invites us all to ignite the flame of culture, to honor and uphold the heritage, unity, and indomitable spirit of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Through captivating visuals and powerful voiceovers, our video takes you on a journey to the heart of Australia's Indigenous heritage. It's a tribute to the enduring strength and pride of the oldest continuous cultures on the planet, celebrating the contributions and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
"Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud" is not just a call to action; it's a reminder of the deep connections to land, the significance of ancestry, and the vibrant future that lies ahead when we stand together. It highlights the importance of land rights, the exercise of democracy by Indigenous peoples, and the central role they play in the narrative of our continent.
As we light up the sky with heritage, let's commit to keeping the fire of culture, resilience, and pride burning brightly. This NAIDOC Week, let's all echo the voices of Indigenous Australians - loud, proud, and brilliantly black.
    Celebrate With Us:
Engage with NAIDOC Week events across the country, and take part in the numerous activities designed to honor and recognise the rich cultural heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Let's all contribute to a future where these cultures are celebrated and respected every day.
Produced by DCS: We extend our gratitude to DCS for their expertise in producing this powerful video. DCS's commitment to capturing the spirit of NAIDOC Week and the essence of this year's theme has been instrumental. For storytelling that resonates and inspires, visit DCS Video.

Change The Date of NAIDOC WEEK to 29th of February. We should be celebrating SNOA Week instead. 😊👍🇦🇺🇬🇧

You're not going to see any real Aborigines in NAIDOC week . This celebration is only about the white Aborigines not the ones in the bush

Australia was populated by an eclectic, very diverse group of people at the time of Colonisation. So Yeah Naidoc week should be about getting together and celebrating together, like a Corroborree BUT i for one am over this repetitive crap about being Black Loud and Proud every year already! its becoming obnoxious and toxic! Im chuffed that our people have come so far and commemorate what those brave souls in the past and present... the activists historians sportspeople doctors lawyers al writers artists and many many others did to bring us here. But we should practice humility and stop this televising and broadcasting of our culture like we do.Like its becoming obnoxious and toxic! Let us not become overly loud and proud like the others because pride is one of the seven sins!.Have we forgotten our humility our humour our sense of selflessness, of giving and sharing our individuality.I dont like others speaking for me and lumping me in with the MOB another word that we got from God knows where? where.?Dont practice pride its the trait and trade of those that suppressed us we must keep our own identity. This doesnt mean broadcasting our culture and making up themes each year so we can appear up there or out there?Stick to knowing within who we are individually because thats how we'll all be judged in the end.
Love you mybrothers and sisters stay strong and cool humble and thankful that we live😍🖤❤️💛

People get pissed off with the term full blood but I think it's because no one wants to talk about why all these celebrations are predominantly for mixed blood or white Aboriginal people the full bloods never seem to be involved. This is why The voice got crushed because it was only one section of the community that was actually speaking on camera

@@FTY13 I don't think it helped that on one page of the literature there were Links to Right Wing Conservative websites. This was Politically divisive and contributed to the poor vote. As one person said to me that Indigenous Australians make up only 3% of the population, 250 years ago they were 100% of the population. There must be greater recognition. btw, I'm not indige.

@@johntomasini3916 It was one time when left and right was not actually a contributing factor people could see the insanity of only having white Aboriginal people speaking. I really wish people would get over this left and right ,it's very dangerous as we've just seen in the United states
