I wouldn’t say hl2 had good shooting It’s pretty much as generic as it gets, the enemies at least the human ones had decent ai but did pathetic damage even on hard (it’s surprising how much better the overwatch become to fight when they can actually deal meaningful damage to you making their good ai actually effective because they can actually punish your mistakes and make combat actually engaging) and the game always gave you what you need with the supply boxes so the fights we petty easy as you never really needed to manage your health or ammo. hl2 strengths was the story, level design and the gravity gun along with the physics which we’re revolutionary for the time.
@@czarnakoza9697 wtf are u talking abt? they just made the animations more detailed and in line with the likes of black mesa. also, you are aware the MP7 (HL2's SMG) has a built-in retractable stock, right? aside from the sight, which had to be modified to be usable in gameplay, it's literally the same size, shape and texture as the og.
@@czarnakoza9697 all they did was extend the stock, maybe the position on screen is different but its still ostensibly the same model. btw the MP7 is partially built w polymers.

@@CSTGchannel I mean I liked the video but you just run out into fire a lot, didn’t even try to be tactical, you’re carrying all the guns around as if it were gmod and basically just playing it as if it were vanilla hl2, you’re probably playing it in easy
@@mintysurfer14 That's because I wanted to show as much new content as I can without making the video boring, also that's why I showed 3 different parts of the game in the video. I'm not sure what difficulty I used when recorded it but before making it I completed this mod in hard.

how the hell do you load in half life 2 campaigns? i simply can't start a new game with them.

What do you mean by the head effects? And you can kick the bodies by pressing V. Sorry, no idea how to actually turn that off.
