      શ્રુતિ આજે આખો દિવસ ખૂબ જ વધારે પાણી પીજે અને હર એક શ્વાસ સાથે પોતાનું ધ્યાન સ્વાદિષ્ઠાન ચક્ર પર સજકતા પૂર્વક રાખજે
      અઠવાડિયામાં ૩ વાર આ ધ્યાન કરવું

      Yes sure. I will do it. I wanted to know timings for meditation. Is it ok to do this meditation twice a day, in evening or at midnight...apart from regular morning meditation? Please guide about correct time.... and how many times a day we can do.....

      I did this meditation today evening also... while sitting in home balcony, surrounded by plants and sunshine on my face....i really felt the upliftment and energy boost..... after that I felt very quiet in mind and thoughts..... thank you ....❤

    I was doing this meditation since last few days, Today when i was doing this meditation, I felt calmness and peace inside me and I felt like something is expanding inside me. And I felt little sensation at womb chakra. After mediation, I was like dont want to open my eyes.
    Very powerful and beautiful meditation. Thank you so much for this Mam.

      ધ્યાન દરમિયાન જે થઈ રહ્યું છે તેને થવા દઈએ આ 18 મિનિટ દરમિયાન શરીરના કોઈપણ ભાગને હલાવીશું નહીં... રોજ જ આ ધ્યાન કરવું અને કંઈ વિશેષ જરૂરિયાત લાગે તો કોમેન્ટ બોક્સમાં મેસેજ છોડવો 🙏

    It's amazing experience after the meditation. during meditation i felt vibration around the womb and my hand. and after meditation i have feels no thoughts in my mind like mind is clean n peaceful.(i'm 8th month pregnant ).

    🌻My current state = Prani Dhana + Ananda Hum + Kritajna Hum + Karuna Hum + Samprati Hum🌻
    I am in a state of blissfulness and gratitude. I want to continue to be in this state. After doing the meditation, all tiredness, and negative energies are gone. Today I actually understand the meaning of staying calm in a bustling environment.
    I did not want to go to the office as well.....after the meditation. Aisa laga ki bas apne saath hi aaj time spent karun and do nothing else.

      ૨૪ કલાક સુધી શરીર અને મન ના સ્તર પર જે કંઈ પણ ફેરફારો થાય તેના તરફ સજાગ રહેવું અને ૨૪ કલાક પછી અનુભવ ફરી કૉમેન્ટ બોક્સ માં મૂકવો... કાલે સવારે ફરી ધ્યાન કરવું
      આજ ના દિવસ માં પાણી વધારે પીવું અને શકય તેટલું ઓછું બોલવું

    Really amazing meditation.

      I just want to add my one more experience during this meditation. I felt energy/vibration/something happening around my genital and below navel region. After meditation I felt thirsty and drink a glass of water immediately.

    શરૂઆતમાં ધ્યાન કરતી વખતે ખૂબ જ ગભરામણ થતી હતી અને એવું થતું હતું કે ક્યારે હું ધ્યાનમાંથી બહાર નીકળી જાવ આંખો ખોલવાનું મન થયા કરતું હતું થોડીક વાર સ્થિર થઈ પછી છેલ્લે છેલ્લે પણ એવું જ થતું હતું કે હું ક્યારે આંખ ખોલી દઉં અને બહુ જ બહુ જ અકડાઈ ગઈ હતી પણ પૂરું થયા પછી સારું ફીલ થાય છે.thank you mem

      જીજ્ઞા.... સ્વાદિષ્ઠાન ચક્ર તે આપણી લાગણીઓનું સ્થાન છે ...જે પણ લાગણીઓ આપણે ત્યાં સંગ્રહ કર્યો હશે તે તમામ નકારાત્મક લાગણીઓ આ ધ્યાન દ્વારા મુક્ત થશે તો ધ્યાન દરમિયાન જે કંઈ પણ થઈ રહ્યું છે તેને થવા દઈએ,,, સમર્પણ ભાવ સાથે પૂરું ધ્યાન પૂર્ણ કરીશું અને આ ધ્યાન રોજ જ કરીશું. રોજ ધ્યાન નો અનુભવ અમારી સાથે કમેન્ટ બોક્સમાં શેર કરતા રહેશો.. અમે તમારા અનુભવ વાંચીને કોઈ વિશેષ ફેરફાર હશે તો ચોક્કસ જ મેસેજ આપીશું

    This meditation creates waves in my body. Its really helpful to release all negative thoughts. The moment you say to accept all the positive energy from mother earth i dont know why but my stomach starts feeling anxiety, like butterflies in stomach,,what would be the reason for it?

      My dear Juhi ....it's a simple rule of meditation that don't judge whatever is happening during meditation...
      just observe, it be aware of it and let energy do it's work .it's always better to surrender yourself during meditation

    Its a really really amazing meditation ma’am.i literaly feel tha energy,nagative energy goes out i feel from my palm and soul(feet) and positive energy gain from sahanstrag chakra (chotti ni place )pr thi and i feel vibration on womb chakra with baby’s extraordinary movement( i just finish my 8th month ).Thank you so much for this meditation sheetal ma’am🙏🏻😊😇

    Thank you so much, this is really beautiful and joyful😊but, in starting and ending,i was conscious; however, the middle part of this meditation, i was literally in deep sleeping. Why it's happened?

      It's normal in meditation Komal so not to worry about it
      As you are pregnant continue this meditation everyday without any expectation completely in neutral state
      Do not expect anything just observe whatever is happening with meditation and after meditation

      If time permits you can practice part -1 and Part-2 daily
      If both not possible go with part -2
      From today's feedback sharing you can do everyday...just share your experience everyday after meditation so that we can know effect of meditation on you and can guide you accordingly

    Thank you so much mam for this amazing meditation .
    I just felt like my womb gets healed with positive vibes and happiiness. Man til end my mind feels so relaxed and felt like i reached just another state of mind calm peacefulness.
    Mam i jst recently detect polycyctic ovaries .. howmany times can i do this meditation??

      कोई भी ध्यान बैठकर करना हमेशा ही उचित है क्योंकि हमारी प्राण ऊर्जा की हड्डी के समांतर बहती है। लेकिन किसी कारण से आप बैठ नहीं सकते है तो लेटकर भी कर सकते है। हाथो की स्थिति नाभी के नीचे ही रहेगी
