What an absolute savage, the bar head butting gets me fired up. Question on your form- went back through some of your old videos and I see your right leg straightening out in your deadlift faster than your left (probably has something to do with inherent rotation caused by mixed grip) and see in your bench press your left arm lockout is always a bit delayed to your right on max lifts. Obviously this hasn’t hurt you (this is a world record video lol) but are these things you think about correcting in your training, or are they things you’ve learned to live with because of your mechanics?
The reason I mention the rotation inherent in mixed grip deadlifts is because I’m pretty sure it contributed to me having to have hip surgery in my late 20s (that and extremely wide stance squats, thanks Louie)
