That on-throttle loss of traction when existing a corner is precisely why I decided to get a CB650R instead of an MT09. I was upgrading from a Duke 390 so I thought triple the power might be a bit too much for a novice/intermediate rider. I do love my CB650R though. Very smooth power, forgiving and plenty fast. 95hp in a motorcycle is still a lot of power.

I own 2023 and I test rode this new model...2024 is the best MT09 ever...for me the best bike for the money
