I’ve been beating myself up for over 60 years, I was brought up by guardians and always felt different throughout my life, it has affected every relationship I’ve ever had, I carried the guilt of my biological parents not wanting me right through to now, I’ve lived “most” of my life alone and now after 23 years on a small narrowboat I’m 71. I’ve worked out that life is a journey and whatever we do in between it will always end the same so it’s pointless fighting the inevitable. Loneliness is just a state of mind and as long as you can find a way of “liking yourself” it isn’t that bad. In the winter months a look at nature and the little creatures trying to stay warm and fed which puts my situation in perspective. Self sufficiency is an art May and will make you a stronger person in the future 👍🏻
Frist off your sound affects worked amazingly, the Elderberry cordial will be something to look forward to on a cold winter night. As for the loneliness, it like you were saying, there are times when you find yourself wanting to tell more that just your family and close friends what you have experienced. But if you look at another way... I am not sure of my wording here. So I will use to the answer I use when people ask me the same question. "I am the privileged position were I can chose who and how I let into my life" it works for me (most times) I think I have said before, but you May have created a wonderful community, you are the catalyst for so much good in the world. So thank you for giving us the honour of sharing it with you.
You’re absolutely right, it's best to cook for others, be cooked for or cook together - food is not just fuel but is a shareable, and social and spiritual thing at the very heart of life. Food cooked with love by someone else always tastes better, unless they are a truly terrible cook! It can be hard to find motivation to make the effort to cook properly for yourself but it always makes me feel better in the end, both physically from having eaten well and emotionally too. Having a dishwasher helps too - mechanical or human.
May, you are an inspiration in so many areas that you didn't talk about very much, e.g. getting encouragement and strength from being in nature in fresh air, smiling and having fun at your own expense, not taking yourself too seriously! Jim here from Australia, but I was born a stone's throw from the Leeds Liverpool canal in Yorkshire and some of my earliest memories involve dreaming of living on a canal boat, but I never have. So your journey helps me to live out vicariously a dream that can never be in reality!
Very wise words May I have lived alone with just my cat for company for 17 years now I don’t think I could ever go back to sharing my life with another person.
Started my morning with music (as always) then your vlog. Went hand-in-hand with my calming meditation as well,so thank you for being a part of that May! Have a lovely rest of your day!
Hi May. I'm also solo boating. Thanks for the honest vlog on loneliness. It's been a wet, cold and challenging month or 2, but today has been fantastic weather. It has reminded me why I'm here!!! Come on spring. My fave time of year.
The opening line made me laugh, is that the first thought of people... you are own your own so they must ask you out - priceless. Keep doing what you do and live your life the way you want to.
Hi May you truly are an inspiration, your positive mental attitude and inner strength are unbelievable and something we would all like to have in the darker moments 🙂

I love how you rephrased "I don't take time to rest" to "I'm learning to take time to rest" that is such a positive way to retrain your thoughts and definitely something I am going to start trying.

Hi May, Great print pattern on dress. I'm finding since living on a narrowboat my fashion has changed & I'm loving the few new or charity shop finds. My old life clothes have been sold & I'm loving experimenting with clothes. Keep up the chill out, I enjoy watching, chilling with a mug of. I love SundaysX🐰x

Great Vlog May. Much of what you express is what many of us is thinking. It’s an honest appraisal of how life can be, it can be hard to deal with it sometimes particularly when you are alone and feel isolated . In my view and not the total answer but social media can help. Take Care
Absolutely wonderful video. I feel like I spent the day with you and it was the perfect and most relaxing day. I too love a mid day nap as I don't sleep well at night. I don't know how you did it, but I actually feel better after watching your video.
Hi May, Ken here. I have been alone since 10/99, and I have evolved. I've had a blast along the way, meeting new people, Still laughing, and having a great time. Another great vlog may really enjoy them 👍, it's good to take some time to just relax and watch the world go by keep up the good work. Really like the new channel name 👍
I bought a 34' diesel shaft drive liveaboard boat recently down here in Sydney, Australia, and I plan on living on it sometime in the near future. I intend to beat the housing crisis by showing that you can have a nice home by going alternate. You've got a great channel, keep up the good work.
I can totally relate to everythig that you have said,I m back on the road to recovery after what has happened in my life and I'm looking forward to my yoga classes again,Nick🏴x
We can feel lonely in a crowd and content walking on our own on a trail in the middle of nowhere. I think it’s a lot more about knowing who else is on the planet that might be thinking about you or happy to see you even if they’re (hundreds of) miles away I’ve never tried yoga or meditation, but I do think there’s a lot to be said for helping others (volunteering included), it benefits the giver as much as the receiver. Vlogs can be a part of that.
Yeah totally, G. Being of service keeps you part of community. I like to think I'm sorta doing that here on RUclips. And in my yoga classes. Thanks for your comment and being part of the discussion 😊
I think sometimes the problem is we’re all too disconnected and that’s wear many problems are created and when we reconnect things seem more straight forward. Mindfulness definitely does that 😊
Nice film, May… I hope that you meet someone to share your life with before too long… from my own experience it’s the most beautiful part of existing if one is lucky enough to really connect and share life and love with another being… I met the love of my life 45 years ago.. we parted after a while but found each other again on Facebook having both parted from previous loved ones… we have been back together for two years now and having the most wonderful simple and loving time… after so long apart we relish the connection we have made again… so God bless social media !! 🤗❤️
Aww thanks for sharing your love story! I'm quite content with life right now, it's serving me well and I love my independence! Thankfully im not lonley, I have many loved ones around me 😊
Hi May next time your near Leicester I'd love to get you a coffee ☕️. Keep up the great work your doing . You have a big impact on the general public. You make us all smile hun . ❤❤❤
I think you have things sorted . You have a lovely Home ( which like homes of any type needs constant repairs) but with the advantage of ever changing scenery . You have ( from seeing your videos) a large pool of friends only too glad of the opportunity to visit or help you move or repair the boat . Your close to your old Home which you can visit anytime you like ( Mum will be glad of that ) . You are able to use the wonders of Social Media to Help and Encourage people around the world , to stay Healthy and Happy . Being on your own ,leaves space and time to be Creative. Being on your own is not so bad . Some people can not bear to be alone ,and stop functioning altogether. Your one of the Lucky ones ! 😊. Please carry on with the videos and Brightening our day .
Hi May, I live in the Caribbean and just recently found your channel and I must say, you resonate with me! Thanks for being so honest and helpful! Mental health issues can be difficult
Hello May, from the Irish lunatic 😆...all your videos are cool enjoy them all, but love the new style of editing really enjoyed this video. Happy boating 😁
Lovely vlog, May. I stumbled across your channel for the first time today and have really enjoyed seeing how you spend your days. I hear you about storing stress and trauma in the body. I'm about to go to India for six weeks (solo - scared but excited!) and wondering whether or not to attend some yoga classes while I'm there. I'm stiff as a board (not helped by being seated a lot for work), not as in touch with my body as I'd like to be, and kind of feel hopeless and embarrassed about it. But I know that there is catharsis to be had there, and it's really cool and inspiring to see how much yoga means to you. Sounds like it has been transformative. So many other things I could pick up on but I'm a rambler so will leave it there. Keep on keeping on 😊
@@wellbeingonwater that's nice of her isn't it? Something to remind you of her. I ain't got anything to remind me of my nan, only a photograph. Family is always special. You take care May. Always love your videos. And get them songs going. Love listening to your voice. 😁
Hello May, new subscriber here (PA, USA). Absolutely enjoying your videos, I feel honored to behold your world. It's easy to see your honest and open personality, you're what I call a quality person. The one request I have is a tour of your narrowboat, from one end to the other. If you have done that already, please refer me to the correct one. Thank-You May for being and sharing you.
I am on my own on my narrowboat but very rarely feel lonely as there are so many people on boats and on the towpath to talk to.I absolutely adore the changing scenery.I am currently looking out over the Severn estuary from the Gloucester and Sharpness canal it is absolutely heavenly. The sun is beginning to set a nd it is so peaceful and relaxing.I know you have to work but take a week or two off and explore some of the system.I have never been here before but I shall have to do this bit again next year.
Your videos are always so relatable to. Im usually guilty as charged for not resting enough or switching off. Im currently in the process of trying to sell everything i possibly can buy a boat trailer so i can bring my boat back from Cornwall and get it fixed up. Id really love to be making content about the rebuild and conversion to a live aboard. Id really love to be making vids about rebuilding the engine, gearbox and all the other systems. Id really love to be making videos from the point of view that this is how you can do this. I dont know why but i usually feel more lonely around people. I tend to keep myself busy in social situations which is pretty easy with phones these days. But before that id go an dismantle things at random. At 10 years old i spent the entirety of the 1995 xmas holidays freezing my fingers off to rebuild a tractor that had been sitting in a hedge for 20 years. I can remember the songs playing on the radio and the newsstories. Everytime i hear those songs or news stories now, my thoughts are oh yes i rebuilt my first tractor when this happened. I guess growing up tractors and the radio were my friends. People are usually boring, they dont get why i like fixing broken stuff or the sense of pride that goes with completing a long drive in a car that you've fixed youself. A lot of people seem to go through the motions of completing tasks for fake gratification without ever enjoying what they do. Anyway back to the tedium of trying to sell stuff online. Yawns
Hey Greg, thanks so much for saying all those things and sharing a piece of you too. I feel like I'm doing good if people can relate and connection happens. Ultimately that's what we need most in life, good people around us. So yeah I'm an online version of that but still... take care
Hi May New to your channel so just catching up - though probably not in chronological order 😂. The ones I have seen shows how resilient and positive you can be and not work shy. I don’t know what sort of health professional you are (and I certainly am not) but I have been drawn quickly to the conclusion that yes, you have all your family and friends around you, but at the end of the day they go home. That is when it all kicks in and I feel certain you are - at this time - lonely. However, the one tool you didn’t have in your tool box is the big hug you have often mentioned craving in some of your vlogs. Stay positive and that hug will come.
Hi May I've just found your channel I love it, its helps me wind down from my day at work andi I love how natural you are, would love to say hello next time you come through Leighton Buzzard
I feel exactly like you. I had a lifetime moving homes and ending up on a narrowboat. I loved it but wanted the stability as now 57. I moved to pembrokeshire and thiscwill be my forever place ....but ascyou said i want tovshare it with soneone. It has been great over the summer as i have had friends stay and able to show the beauty to people. ❤
Hi may I was just about to write a lone ditty for you to see and you said The plan for today is there are no plans for today. I lived on a 60ft John white of Liverpool narrow boat and what a fffffffantastic life I had And I must echo some of your thoughts Your mad geeky fantastic, all the very best to you girl
You are amazingly Relaxed, and remind me of my wife and middle son. He too Meditates and is Self-employed. On the other hand, I am Type A and Retired. Life is Good.
agree with what you say slowing down is so so very hard i was a machine up till 2 years ago and end up with a terminal illness , i work on my mind ,thinking and full wellbeing all the time ,keep up the good work .. hope you don't get to many filthy pervs commenting just tell them beep beep beep beep beep and block lol 😃
you should be proud of yourself and are a gorgeous women you will find someone to share your life with don't be in a rush! that top looked great on you by the way!
Your honesty is really positively refreshing men in particular struggle to be open with their thoughts and feelings I guess some women Do to. So thank you loving your advertisement for yoga especially now I know you used to work for the nhs. You probably know this already dandelion flowers and young leaves are brilliant for salads the leaves are slightly bitter public place in healthy for your liver. namaste that's probably spelt wrong wishing you all the love and the universal luck in the universe. Hopefully that's a less creepy way of saying it😂lol
🙂 hello I'm Fernando from Brazil, nice to meet you, your videos and you are amazing as well as your life on board, I'll watch all your videos and hope all is well with you. See you in the next video..
May, good morning, you look and sound well, on this video. You manage to look after yourself very well, you are interesting, good to watch and liste to, I'm 83, so not tried the yogo, might be a mistake for me. My mum's name was Ethel May, so a nice association there. All the best ,keep well and happy. Graham
As someone who has lived the solo lifestyle for 26 years, I do enjoy my own company enormously, but sometimes the loneliness REALLY kicks in hard. I don't seek adult intimacy, but just a cuddle or to share an experience with another person would complete that empty hole. Like you said, plusses and minuses. One of the big advantages is afternoon naps! Oh yeahhhhhh.
Ey up chuck, glad to see you're happy. I'm in the same boat (love a good pun) alone but not lonely.... most of the time. These past few weeks have been bad, I got knocked off my motorbike so I've been off work, rattling round on my own all day, luckily I've been finding channels like yours to ease the boredom. Keep up the good work. Have you tried making Elderberry wine? I love it warmed up in the winter. Enjoy your day =)
Hello may greetings from us down in Cornwall also another good thing to combat loneliness is getting a pet a cat or a dog personally I love cats keep up your good work from us down in Cornwall
Sometimes being by oneself is the best peace u can get and character. Love yourself love your life when they are right personal lov may happen that's why it's 3rd 😊
I have found FB channels like yours very helpful when I have bouts of loneliness, during lock down I did zoom online meetings with friends, that helped a lot we did a zoom quiz night once a week, I wanted a liveaboard boat but I don't think I could handle it on my own, looking at small Springer waterbug, my thoughts are weekeds away or maybe a week or two cursing a couple times of a year, I got a beach hut so that would have to go as could not have both, just thinking about it and looking into the costs,
A lovely vlog as always. Can you tell me the recipe for your elderflower cordial please? There’s a lot to be said for living alone and doing what you want. It can be hard not having someone to share your feelings and experiences with, however you’ve got us, we love you and we share your pain, your good times and your bad times. I always look forward to a vlog from May. Take care and be kind to yourself. X
I love going into a weekend after a hard weeks work, with no plans. I can go with my own flow, and take off for the day, or binge a TV series, or do diy on my boat, or any combination of those things. But importantly, I choose what suits my mood so I am rarely doing what I must do, but only what I wish to do. Not forcing yourself to do what you don't want to do means you're much more likely to get cracking on things you need to do and enjoy them more: or hate them less lol
The scent of lavender is good for keeping spiders away but on the other hand spiders are good fly removers. It is definitely possible to feel lonely with people around especially if they are people you don't connect with or want to be with. Following the best traditions of Blue Peter I see, "here's one I made earlier".
Hello May❤.... Your videos are different and beautiful. You are full of energy and active... Your narrow boat is also interesting. Is it used to carry passengers and tourists? Good luck anyway.❤❤❤
Instant blackberry ice cream is amazing. Freeze them loose for 24hrs, then blitz them with some sugar in a food processor or blender into granules, then add cream or crème fraiche until it forms into ice cream. Have everything ready to go as it will melt quite quickly. Gives intense ice cream headaches if you scoff it too quickly, which it is almost impossible not to do.
Hi May fantastic vlog can totally resonate with all the ups and downs of single life, loneliness is so hard to balance as it's a hidden disease at times and triggers me into depression when I don't even see it coming 😢 still can't wait to swap my house for a boat lol
SPIDERS! 😱 Just learn to embrace them. I've started telling people that I am responsible for a large team of web developers. It sounds more impressive than saying that I live in a dilapidated dump full of spiders.
Why are poms obsessed with spiders the Huntsman spider grows as big as your hand here if you have one living in your home they kill the mossies and flys great to have cheers n beers Marty Australia
@@elizaandalisa I was once walking down a very long, modern hospital corridor and could see something scurrying around in the distance and thought, "it's a mouse - this is really bad". As I got closer I saw that it wasn't a mouse but a spider, about 10cm/ 4 inches in diameter. I gingerly sneaked past it and went around the corner where there was a cleaner working. I said to her, "there's a massive spider round there!" , to which she replied, "yeah, I was hoping that it would clear off, I'll have to get security!"
Spiders are great! I'm friends with my spiders. If I lived in Australia, all would be different. But the average house spider is pretty clean and eats flies, which aren't. So I like them, personally...
Are you going to Scarborough fair? Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme. Remember me to one who lives there…. Wish the elderberries still grew around here.
When I was (much) younger, I was often lonely, more because of my own fears and insecurities about reaching out for help in dealing with past traumas due to being afraid that either I would be misunderstood, or that others just wouldn't care. Rejection is a bitter pill. One day someone who's opinion mattered to me asked me, "can you think of anything more lonely than not knowing your purpose in life?" It took me a while (years!) to come to grips with the answer, but once I started to truly understand the question, I wasn't as lonely anymore. Another "lesson" he imparted: look up the word "nature" (we had to use actual physical dictionaries back then!) and ask yourself, what's missing from the "standard" definition. I would enjoy hearing your thoughts, as well as those of your viewers. There is not necessarily a right or wrong answer, but I will share what he helped me to understand in a couple of days (give you some time to reflect), if you are interested.
Well shut my mouth, girl. You sound like a genuine southern bell from this here southern states of America. We all love your travels and tails of little old English island. Y’all come back hear! Put a mess of possum and greens on, and I’ll be there. Running down the holler through the crick to your doe.
😮 I know my last two comments have been controversial but just hearing your voice and having your support in this world helps thank you m a y and your friends
How long does that elderberry cordial stay Good for and is it the cloves that give it longevity? I definitely agree, it's easier to be a lone ranger these days with social media although it certainly does not cover every aspect of it, as you said, it's still nice to share a meal and I'll add a Good chat to that as well 🙂

Hey nick, sending you big healing hugs. Looking forward to seeing you back in class for some RnR! 😘
@@wellbeingonwater Thankyou x
Really enjoyed your content today. Thanks May
Glad you enjoyed it, 😊
We can feel lonely in a crowd and content walking on our own on a trail in the middle of nowhere. I think it’s a lot more about knowing who else is on the planet that might be thinking about you or happy to see you even if they’re (hundreds of) miles away
I’ve never tried yoga or meditation, but I do think there’s a lot to be said for helping others (volunteering included), it benefits the giver as much as the receiver.
Mindfulness definitely does that 😊
Yes you most definitely are, and I hope it benefits you too@@wellbeingonwater
Loneliness is not the lack of other people. It's the lack of one's self.
Thankfully im not lonley, I have many loved ones around me 😊
Your life looks so calm, beautiful and attractive!Love your videos. Looking to buy a narrowboat myself.
Thanks! but dont be fooled. You only see a small part, its not always calm
Hi May next time your near Leicester I'd love to get you a coffee ☕️. Keep up the great work your doing . You have a big impact on the general public. You make us all smile hun . ❤❤❤
Bless you!
Just discovered your vlogs, May. Certainly will follow on, you seem to be a great human being. 😊
Welcome aboard! So happy you're here!
Well said, thanks so much 😄
This was such a lovely and calming video 🥰 some really artsy and nice shots too! Take care! X
Aww thanks guys! Sending you huge hugs xx
Hi May, I live in the Caribbean and just recently found your channel and I must say, you resonate with me! Thanks for being so honest and helpful! Mental health issues can be difficult
Hey lovely! Wow such a different place you live! It must be lovely there... thanks for saying so. Big hugs to you
Hello May, from the Irish lunatic 😆...all your videos are cool enjoy them all, but love the new style of editing really enjoyed this video. Happy boating 😁
Awesome! Thank you! Yeah I tried something new with this one! Got creative was fun!
That was a lovely intimate insight, May 😊
So glad you enjoyed it
Lovely vlog, May. Keep on keeping on 😊
Thanks so much for being here.
I love your red kettle May. Love how it steams.💨
Me too! My nan gave it to me bless her
@@wellbeingonwater that's nice of her isn't it? Something to remind you of her. I ain't got anything to remind me of my nan, only a photograph. Family is always special. You take care May. Always love your videos. And get them songs going. Love listening to your voice. 😁
sit and relax....done. thank u
Welcome!
Hey John! Your first to hear it... its coming next! Woop
And welcome aboard! It's great to have you here
I am on my own on my narrowboat but very rarely feel lonely as there are so many people on boats and on the towpath to talk to.I absolutely adore the changing scenery.I am currently looking out over the Severn estuary from the Gloucester and Sharpness canal it is absolutely heavenly. The sun is beginning to set a nd it is so peaceful and relaxing.I know you have to work but take a week or two off and explore some of the system.I have never been here before but I shall have to do this bit again next year.
Love this! Thanks for sharing Chris 😊
So yeah I'm an online version of that but still... take care
Hi May
New to your channel so just catching up - though probably not in chronological order 😂.
Aww I actually get looooads of hugs! I love hugs! Thanks for being here and big hugs to you!
Hi May I've just found your channel I love it, its helps me wind down from my day at work andi I love how natural you are, would love to say hello next time you come through Leighton Buzzard

Loved spending a little bit of a day with you! ❤️ I'm feeling a little Hank Marvin right now myself. 🤣 Enjoy!
Haha brilliant. Thanks for joining me!
I love following May, how can I buy her a cup of coffee? I just think everyone should have a May in their lives, such a lovely positive soul
Aww thanks Jonah, you a sweetheart
@@wellbeingonwater You are so lovely... I have often thought of a canal boat, waking up with the ducks, but I know its a lot tougher than people say

Ooooo stealing this 😋
May, good morning, you look and sound well, on this video. You manage to look after yourself very well, you are interesting, good to watch and liste to, I'm 83, so not tried the yogo, might be a mistake for me. My mum's name was Ethel May, so a nice association there. All the best ,keep well and happy. Graham
Hey Graham! Thanks so much for your comment! And for watching!
Thank you so much for your lovely comments. I’ve read them all! Big hugs
My wife Sharon hates me licking the plates clean, but it's a sign of how tasty the meal was to me. Loving the vibe of this video.
Love that! Thanks for watching!
Enjoy your day =)
Aww maaaayn, dave. Thats a shitty week but hey, you're still with us! Glad us youtubers can keep you entertained!
Hello may greetings from us down in Cornwall also another good thing to combat loneliness is getting a pet a cat or a dog personally I love cats keep up your good work from us down in Cornwall
Aww yeah a kitten would be great company!!
Sometimes being by oneself is the best peace u can get and character. Love yourself love your life when they are right personal lov may happen that's why it's 3rd 😊
Thanks Steven!
I have found FB channels like yours very helpful when I have bouts of loneliness, during lock down I did zoom online meetings with friends, that helped a lot we did a zoom quiz night once a week, I wanted a liveaboard boat but I don't think I could handle it on my own, looking at small Springer waterbug, my thoughts are weekeds away or maybe a week or two cursing a couple times of a year, I got a beach hut so that would have to go as could not have both, just thinking about it and looking into the costs,
Hey Simon, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us 😄
A lovely vlog as always. X
Hey lovely, thanks so much. Shoot me an email and I'll send you a pic from the book I use
Yes yes thanks for sharing!!! Sharing is good, big hugs
good one
The scent of lavender is good for keeping spiders away but on the other hand spiders are good fly removers. It is definitely possible to feel lonely with people around especially if they are people you don't connect with or want to be with. Following the best traditions of Blue Peter I see, "here's one I made earlier".
Haha right
Hello May❤.... Your videos are different and beautiful. You are full of energy and active... Your narrow boat is also interesting. Is it used to carry passengers and tourists?
Good luck anyway.❤❤❤
Thank you so much 🤗 no it's not a tourist boat it's my home 😊
Blackberries! Don't forget that it is the blackberry season too and wear your guilty purple lips with pride!
Haha love this! Making blackberry vinegar this year
Instant blackberry ice cream is amazing.
That's a beautiful thumbnail pic May.
Thanks 😄
Hi May, love your vlogs. Just a quickie, re food. Have you tried a cheese and honey sandwich? Give it a try you will love it.
Cheese and honey!! Brilliant. Well honey is sugar and sugar goes with pretty much anything so I bet its great!!
Hi May fantastic vlog can totally resonate with all the ups and downs of single life, loneliness is so hard to balance as it's a hidden disease at times and triggers me into depression when I don't even see it coming 😢 still can't wait to swap my house for a boat lol
Thanks Ian!! 😄
SPIDERS! 😱 Just learn to embrace them. I've started telling people that I am responsible for a large team of web developers. It sounds more impressive than saying that I live in a dilapidated dump full of spiders.
Haha this is hilarious
Good one😂😂
You're a poet!
Living alone is not a punishment, provided you can give meaning to your life every day.
My long distance walks were a release from stress.
Lovely, thanks for sharing!
Thank you SO much for sharing. I love it when followers share a piece of their lives with us. You're amazing!
Well shut my mouth, girl. You sound like a genuine southern bell from this here southern states of America. We all love your travels and tails of little old English island. Y’all come back hear! Put a mess of possum and greens on, and I’ll be there. Running down the holler through the crick to your doe.
just have to say love your dress merilyn
Thank you
😮 I know my last two comments have been controversial but just hearing your voice and having your support in this world helps thank you m a y and your friends
Thanks Eddie
How long does that elderberry cordial stay Good for and is it the cloves that give it longevity? I definitely agree, it's easier to be a lone ranger these days with social media although it certainly does not cover every aspect of it, as you said, it's still nice to share a meal and I'll add a Good chat to that as well 🙂
It depends on the sugar actually! But keep it in the fridge and it will last quite a while 😊 cloves also help
@@wellbeingonwater OK, and thanks for getting back to so quickly ✨
Being alone is a state of being , being lonely in a state of the mind.
Very nice 👏
Hi May,
Great podcast as always. I am very impressed with your
southern U. S. drawl accent. Where did you pick it up from?
Best wishes,

Haha brilliant. I'm weirdly good at accents and no idea why.
All that time .. must be nice ..
well I’m off to work now .. tax to pay .. got to feed the system..
Hope you enjoy any tomorrows slow day ..
Ah it's not always that slow!
Peace and solitude can be a companion on there own,I have friends who can’t be on there own.
I love the quiet
May, where can I get those mugs? a lovely vlog btw.
They were a gift from mum. I think she got them in the history museum in Bham
