The bridge should be named as Asikni Setu ie the original name of river rather than fake name which means Chinese Water.

There is no authentic information on progress of T-1 . Pl update .

Absolutely ! Also make it common people friendly, not elite friendly. The current government have been systematically reducing sleeper class coaches with AC coaches (costing 3-times fare). As a regular traveler, I feel the pain (myself and fellow passengers) of the not-wealthy.
