Great looking as usual. Really clear instructions. I have veevus thread, but not any of the other stuff. I can make a variant though. All the best, Sean

Thank you Sean. This pattern would work fine with a thread body as well I'm sure. All the best, Simon

Hi, thanks for sharing your knowledge! Do you fish sometimes in Switzerland? For sure :-)
20 years ago, i worked in Switzerland for a while and i see a lot of trouts in all the small streams near Basel and Zurich too. How is the situation now?

Hi thank you. Yes I've been fishing a little around Bern but not for trout yet. So I can't say to much about the situation yet but I'm eager to learn more and I would like to start filming the fishing trips as well. Hopefully there are as many fish as 20 years ago :)

Great looking small-nymph pattern. What bobbin are you using? I have seen it in your videos, but not in the catalogs I receive here in the United States. Also, mostly because of your videos, I decided to try some of the nanosilk thread this year. It isn't the easiest or cheapest (by far) thread to find here, but the Hook and Hackle Company does carry it for under $6 per spool and shipping is free on orders of $35 or more. (Just a materials lead for fellow US tyers, I receive no compensation from that or any other company).

Thank you very much! The bobbin is the SMHAEN regular bobbin, really nice with adjustable tension, quite expensive though. Hope the nanosilk is working out great for you. It rally is my favorite thread but yes quite pricey but I think you get what you pay for.
