I listen to Forza and I wonder if they even ever opened the real-life sound file.
It sounds a lot more accurate (from the outside) compared to gt7 tho, that’s for sure
Gt7 car is so good, sounds while not perfect has come along way, very good overall
I think that in the exterior sound GT7 and The Crew are better than FH5, in the interior sound GT7 and FH5 are better than The Crew
But overall GT7 was the best of the 3
...and the winner is GT7. THEY CAN T REACH THE NIPPON PERFECTION.
I would say the other games sounds more engaging or more “fun” but GT7 sounds the realest to a real URUS which I have personally driven. GT7 nails the sound spot on.

To be honest, I didn't find any of the sounds similar to the car sound in real life, but they are games with good sound on the technical side. I liked the ripped sound in The Crew, but it's not the same sound in real life.

Alexpanameno8450 If your IQ level was above winter room temperature, then you would have realized that GT7's sound design is actually pretty accurate in relation to the camera distance from car 🤡 it's the other racing games that do exaggerated exterior sound like it has been recorded with a mobile phone held just behind exhaust pipe lol

If I may object, I like FH & Crew exterior better. This is purely because of following the car in third person, so it should at least sound more clear. I would prefer comparison to hear exterior sound on replay view instead.

FH5 just so good
I played ALL the GT series, I always hated the camera "static" feeling: no tilt, no shake, no zoom, it does not enhance the sense of speed in any view.
It's almost stuck on the car like glue.
This is one of the very few things that I like more in Forza games
Gt7 wins this for me. I think a fairer comparison would be between gt 7 and forza motorsport

games cant make realistic car sounds (at least in the exterior sound) it sounds nothing like the reference posted in the pinned comment, these 3 games have like 300 to 800 cars and maybe only 10 cars sound like a real car, i have heard a maserati gran turismo s irl and it was amazing how it sounds, then you try same car in any game and it sounds nothing like the real car

how the hell is it useless? What's useless would be another GT car when we already have dozens. This is the first SUV. A brand new car class. There's nothing more useful than expanding GT7's lacking variety. I bet you'd rather have another boring ass GT3 car though I'm sure LOL
