People seems to forget that this tank was made for close infantry support, and the firing range is mostly caused by a lack of gun mechanism. Also its man reloaded,"loader" had to get his arms out of the tank to load the tube
That’s because it’s technically not the typical tank shell your thinking of. It’s literally just a mortor round bending shot from a tank mounted mortor gun so ofc it won’t have much range
I find it quite useful when there a hill or terrain blocking LOS but if you can lob something over it...dang petard kill feel good....and if....most game I got was getting cook from enemy MG shooting my mortar round in the barrel :_)
Achievements tab under operation overlord. There's only six marks of distinction not ten. You have to manually collect the rewards and the tank will be awarded to you as a coupon. You would have had to get 35k mission score over the course of the last two weeks.
I already hate these stupid tanks. They just roll up on you, and unless you're a high pen SPG or maybe a big HE thrower, you can't scratch them, and then they lob a bomb at 30 feet and kill you. Zero strategy vehicle.
In all fairness, its a Churchill that’s slow AF and its gun is only useful at more or less point blank range. Flanking it and hitting it from the sides or simply keeping your distance is its Achilles heel.

Pro tip: wiggle the whole tank to make it difficult to aim at the shell in the gun and other weakspots such as the mg in the hull 👍
