I think that the cold food was better than the warm food selection and the desert is great
Hmm yeah!
The ice cream in this restaurant is very nice the strawberry one is the best one 😊
So many options ! Perfect for someone like me who likes to eat a bit of everything !! I have to try this restaurant now
Yeah, loads of options :)
Eating alone tonight so thanks for being such good company Sam 😅 looks delicious! 🥰🥰
Aww my absolute pleasure :) Thanks Emma x
Such timing🙌🏻 i Made reservations for cape cod for my trip in march 😍
WOOP!
I am so looking forward to eating here.
Another great vlog! i love seafood so happy to see this option at DL. The best way to eat fresh mussel is with a creamy garlic sauce with bread to dip in the sauce, we call it a Mussel Pot in South Africa. Another favourite is tin mussels with blue cheese,or cream cheese and salty biscuits as a snack. take care
Or just with some drops of lemon. Delicious.
Yes you were eating the mussels especially using the shell to pull out the other mussel
Thanks Diane, good to know :)
I absolutely love mussels yum 🥰
In the Netherlands we eat mussels with bread, wine (or beer) and freshly baked fries. You use the shell of the mussel to take the meat out . so
Ooh sounds lovely!
I’m Benedicte thank you for your video it was a pleasure to meeting you, I love watching yours videos 😘😘
Ahh thanks so much again, Benedicte!
All the food looks delicious 🤤 The seafood looks very tasty and fresh.
😋😋😋
I get so excited for these vlogs! I’d love to see the breakfast options too 🤩❤️
Thanks Lilly, will do breakfast ones soon :)
@@Sam4G0d can’t wait! Notification are on 🤩🙏🏻❤️
Many thanks for your exiting video😊😊😊
💙💙💙
Great variety of food! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I love seafood. This looks so good:))
It was really nice :)
Thank you for showing us. I love the summary 20:40
Thanks for watching, Teresa x
merci pour c'est bon moment
Loving your restaurant video's! I'm going to Disneyland (May) for the first time since I was 2,5 years old, so I'm literally deep diving into all the options.
Rollmops are basically a sort of rolled up herring, by the way.
Thanks so much, Naomi! ☺️ and thanks for the info x
omg I think i'd need a whole day to get through this buffet, it all looks so good!
Everything looks so yummy!! Love your videos! 🤩
Thanks so much, Letizia :)
Not been since 2019 going for my 30th in May so been watching your buffet videos want to try new marvel one meat is my thing this one is too much sea food for me but steak ! That looks amazing do you know any other buffets that do that I know inventions did but that's shut at the moment ps love your videos so informative! Your my favourite Disney vlogger
I love mussels, but prefer a white wine and cream sauce… moulés frites yumm love it 🤤
Ooh!
Looks tasty 😋
Thank you for another great rewiew of a Disney resturant 👌 and they had a little bit of christmas left, that made me so happy 😁😍🎄
I very very love all this food!!!! I hope to find the same things at the buffet, I'll be there in March
Aww thank you so much! ☺️ Hope you enjoy it as much as I did x
Wow that beef fillet looked amazing! Not a huge seafood person but looks like some nice options there 😊
The soup is best thing
The best mussels are those ones from Italy, from the mediterranean sea! So tasty!
We’re staying at Newport 15th March for 4 nights! I’m so excited 😍 the buffet looks great too, especially the seafood!
Amazing, hope you enjoy! x
We've eaten here before on both of our trips. At first I was worried because I thought it would be all fish but was so surprised it was very varied and we love it!! Definitely on our list for the next tripx
Love mussels. Try them with some white wine and garlic sauce and lots of fresh, crusty bread. Absolutely delicious.
😋😋😋
Muscles are better dipped in hot/warm garlic butter
Ahh I’ll have to try that next time
Hahaha..seeing you eat mussels.. I am from Zeeland, the part of The Netherlands famous for this food. I loooove them...naturel, thai style, cooked in beer or white wine, with blue cheese.....mussels are always a good idea :-) We use an empty shell to pick out the other one from it's shell.
As a fish lover(Yes, I'm Japanese), why didn't I try the restaurant last time!!! I want to ask to myself in the past! Well,, hopefully I'll be able to visit Disneyland Paris again!
Haha yes hopefully you can visit again and enjoy all the sea food! ☺️😋
I ate at the buffet during the Easter break for the first time. As a fish and seafood lover I really enjoyed it. Ate far too many 30 year Mickey macarons but I was celebrating.😂 Well done for trying the mussels. A buffet is a great way to push your comfort zone but know you are not left with a full plate if you don’t like it
Oh Sam I couldn’t wait for you get to the desserts…..that’s my section lol❤️
You do so well trying everything…tough eh?Lol
That’s a great price for all that selection and the amount of food you could have…
Is that one just for hotel guests…from that hotel….
Thanks for sharing…..👍🇬🇧
Mussels are great if you steam them with ale, shallots, and garlic. Try a nice bread with it as well.
If you didn't want dessert, I would have eaten it for you LOL! 👍
😂😂😂
Using the shells to pick out the meat for the mussels is the right way. It's usually served with bread to soak up the sauce. I've tried them and found them too squeaky. Also I found out they're alive when they're cooked so it put me off for life 😞
Ahh glad I did that bit right. That’s so sad about how they cook them!!
Absolutely nothing would put me off them. I love them with garlic butter
Great vlog thankyou
🥰🥰🥰
How funny - I sat in the exact same seat as you in Cape Cod in Aug 2019 😀 everyone walks past - better by the window! Never tried mussels - not sure 🤔 great vlogs thanks.
Oooh table twins! Yeah, by the window would be much nicer :)
This looks so delicious! You made me book a table right away when we were there two weeks ago =) The perfect opportunity to try new things. I never had crab claws before and actually liked them (and watched, if anyone around knew how to eat them. But nobody did ^^'). The dessert section was a dream, too. We sat right by the window with view over the lake. We had such a good evening there. So thanks for the recommendation Sam!
They upped the buffet to €42 now, so I'm hesitant to try it as I don't eat seafood and while there are some other options, it feels very limited so if you don't like that you're in trouble, haha! But that soft serve machine is calling to me ....
Love your love for all things Disney .. we are going in April.. is it cardless or can we pay with cash 😀😀😀😀
Muscles are amazing. I’ll eat any seafood but muscles are my favorite. They should be dipped in butter - that’s really good. Normally you use a fork - I liked your ingenuity though. 😀 I think you should try them at an upscale seafood restaurant. You’ll be impressed 😀
~Inge 😺
Thanks for the video! . We'll be dining there on our next trip this coming June. I'm glad food is fine because Cape Cod was the fanciest restaurant available to book for dinner, even doing the reservation the day it was possible two months in advance. Nothing in Walt's, Jack Sparrow or Chez Remi. I guess they always have tables to book for people with the most expensive meal plans. It does not make any sense to pay for Extra Plus and not being able to book the best restaurants, don't you think?
Do you have a picture of al your loungeflybags from Disney? Maybe i want to collect them also with matching ears🥰
Or a hole video about all your collectet stuff from Disney😁🥰
When we booked there wasn't any of the big restaurants left.
This was one of the ones the gentleman suggested booking.
Started to panic as all I was seeing was fish. Then you mentioned vegan cake😁 puddings are things I rarely get to have. Tend to get stuck with fruit or nothing.
Did anyone see veggie or vegan dishes not just vegetables?
Hi Sam! Me, my sister and our friend just booked a trip to Disneyland Paris. Your vlogs really helped us to make the right decision on which hotel and everything. I'm a fan of Peter Pan and I've seen very little merchandise of that in your vlogs. Do you know what stores would have any Peter Pan merchandise? I really would like to bring back something from this trip. Also some merchandise with 2022 on it or something about their 30th birthday.
Amazing! Thank you for this!! Do you know if there are any chips/fries in this restaurant? Sorry it’s a nightmare feeding my autistic brother. He only really eats chicken nuggets and chips outside the house. So excited to see the nuggets!
Hi Sam. Love your videos and rewatching the odd few again in plans for my next trip. How do you deal with bags and belongings when you’re eating alone at buffet restaurants? Would you just leave them at your table? Thankyou xxx
Hey, thank you for the videao. I got hungry when I watched it... 🙃
Do you (or anybody else) have a recommendation (or is there a video I didn't find yet) what to do for the first trip to DLP? I plan to go maybe in may but at the moment I'm overcharge of the options and what´s possible. 😬
Hey Sam, great content as always. Can you do a video about Partner Hotels as you did to disney hotels?
She has done almost all the partner hotels. Just search for the Hotel names.
Thank you :) Yes, as mentioned kindly by Xfactories, I have video tours of most of the Partner hotels on my channel already x
Is the dinner/breakfast not include in your stay at the hotel?
Lol an American give points on Disney land food: a real French would never do that hahaha
Love your vlogs. I am due to go to disneyland February half term. Do you have to test every day before you enter the park or is it just pre departure and return please x.
I am going then too but I think it's going to be cancelled. Also you need the booser 14 days before If it's been over 7 months since your 2nd jab. My booset is 12 days so not sure if it will matter. It's so confusing
@@stacieel1668 I know. I've been at it for weeks trying to get everything sorted with all the different rules. It's so complicated.
@@bingbong5725 I think you just have to do a test 24 hrs before but it could change I'm hoping to change to may bank holiday but cant get through to travel agency. Nightmare
@@stacieel1668 good luck with your holiday staciee.
@@bingbong5725 thank you. You too
Not really a fan of seafood so I think I will give that a miss, billy bobs is more my style, looks good though
I have never seen someone use an empty mussel shell as tweezers before!? Am I the only one? Do people do this? I’m veggie but my husbands eats mussels and has never done this so I really don’t know if it’s a thing? I find it hilarious though 😂
Good for tourists because it's French food. But not the higher quality
Are you allowed to take food from the restaurant to your room? We go April for the first time x
You mention that this isn't your favourite buffet... so what is?!
Are agrabbah café and plaza gardens back all you can eat buffets?
Yes, they're back to being buffets x
Can you maybe make a video from 1 of the 2 restaurants to see what is there to eat
Also in DLP, what's the best place to get a quick breakfast?
Probably earl of sandwich, starbucks or markethouse deli
Which three buffets are your favorites?
So
Do you have to make a reservation to go there? 😄
