FS Landaa Giravaaru - the Baa Atoll is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and there is so much more marine life there; also the Villas at Landaa Giravaaru are nicer... plus the Seaplane flight there. When I stayed at Taj Exotica Maldives, got talking to the F&B Manager who had worked at FS Maldives before - said the same, Landaa Giravaaru is better...

erm... I took a video today at taj exotica - reef shark feeding. I asked staff, and said reef sharks scared of ppl and swim away. Maldives resorts built on lagoon - shallow waters. Yes sting rays and reef sharks - but they wont attack humans.

there are many 4 star places in Maldives that are nearly as nice. Paradise Island, the first Resort I stayed at is about 200usd a night...
