Namely, from Sarabi. The lioness wants to teach her sister a lesson and show that hyenas are also capable of empathy. A month passed, and Pride Rock was attacked by outsiders. Lionesses and hyenas fought back as best they could. Zira was the most distressed. She was practically thrown off the cliff by one of the outsiders. Fortunately, Shenzi came running in time and was able to help her. Then everything kind of went downhill, you know? Shenzi is the leader of the hyenas and is closest to the Queen. She should keep an eye on her until the wounds heal . Sarabi's sister has nightmares every night. In them, she and Shenzi are lovers. Zira thinks that she is going crazy, because she feels her heart beating more often in the presence of this hyena, even during the day. The last straw is the reflection, where her and Shenzi's faces are merged into one. Lack of understanding of your own feelings is mixed with anger. Zira attacks the leader of the hyenas at night. Witnesses are the ward of Shenzi Jasiri and the Ghost of Sarabi. At the end of the argument, Zira scratches Shenzi's cheek and Jasiri reacts immediately. She runs up to the hyena, calms it down, and offers to help. Watching this, Zira finally realized that she was mistaken in the insensitivity of these creatures. Jasiri says, " We are one." I don't see where it was lesbian anything? Basically, Zira was Sarabi's sister instead of Scar being Mufasa's brother and what I saw was Zira acting as Scar taking the Hyenas to kill the queen... and then in the end repenting and being forgiven and her and the hyenas reforming. A hug and apology don't make you gay... If that's the case, hugging your sibling is incest -_-
The title is Zira x Shenzi. Normally a title like that will imply a romantic relationship. If it isn't then either it's clickbait, (which it's not) or I'm going insane. Also the pinned comment states the storyline so in case you find no hints of romance in this, just read the comment and you'll get a bit of an understanding.
I’d also like to point out... that there was that scene with Rafiki realizing that Mufasa sent a sign for Kovu and Kiara to get together, but in this video it was Serabii who sent the sign for Zira and Shenzi. Further more: there was a scene showing how Zira and Shenzi were “one” just like the scene when Kovu and Kiara reunited. These both are pretty clear scenes that Zira and Shenzi had some sort of deep connection in some way; that connection being love, I’m sure, but whether it’s romantic or platonic or both, I think that’s up to the individual’s interpretation).
I love that the outlanders get more screentime in your edits oml!!! The fact the storyline is similar to the original Scar and Mufasa but with a twist so so powerful and gorgeous and I love it so much ahhh 🧡
