GAS INSTALL DETAILS
- Installed by Award RV Superstore in Ferntree Gully (VICTORIA)
- 2 x 4.5kg gas bottles (these are reusable and will taken out and re-filled whenever empty) in a gas box with an access door
- hot water system is the Girard Instant Hot Water system
- approx $2.5K including everything
BED DETAILS
- Ikea Skorva Galvanised Midbeams x 3
- Ikea double bed bed slats
- to get the brackets for the midbeams you need to go ask for them at the customr service desk, they are free
INSULATION DETAILS
- 20mm foilboard, I used 4 x sheets
- green foilboard tape
- hold up glue (bunnings)
MAXXAIRFAN DETAILS
- I opted for the one with a remote, got this online from outback equiptment

Looks great! I have been living in vehicles for many years. I have lived in Coaster buses and they are great! Currently I am living in a Ford Transit, but we just bought a Coaster for our friends. We are in the process of decking out their bus, but first we need to get passed for the road worthy test. The floating bed is a great idea. We might use it. Well done again!

Good on ya, follow those dreams, its amazing what you can learn on youtube, anybody can do anything with the right info, we have just bought a 4x4 coaster and road tripping it from Qld back to WA, your videos are helpful for ideas for our fitout, we have binged on all the coaster builds haha

Well done! I’ve just done the video for the caravan door dunno if it’ll help you when you get to that stage. But I couldn’t find a single video on it. Keep marching forward you’re getting there 💪

@@emmamaertens Not gonna lie, just a little bit jealous! Wish we looked into the sliding door first, but ah well, there are some good things that came out of having the door changed... the downside is its an EXPENSIVE modification! The up side, we do have a better door for the hot aussie Sun... (quietly though, I'd prefer not to have had to do it haha)
Hey Emma, doing a great job. Well done. Did RV Superstore run any of the gas lines when they did the gas box and water heater? Or is that all happening later?
