If this is Japanese style curry, I have no comment but if remotely South Asian, dare I make a suggestion? Sauté the protein with some whole spices, onion, garlic and ginger for a good ten-fifteen minutes. Then add curry powder, vegetables and water. Simmer on low heat. I love your videos and watch them with my tea tray on hand. ❤❤❤
