Love it. Hyzer is THE weakest angle of my game. Focused on flat so much hyzer is an automatic grip lock for me. 😅 keep these vids coming Mr RUclips man.
i learned to play by throwing forehand straight and flat, which was completely wrong, but decades later i still look for and feel more comfortable with the straight shot
Great explanation. I’ve been Hoping to get better at the Hizer shot but with the weather haven’t had the time. Hope to put your video to work soon. Thanks
another great vid man.. i've only been playing for 6 months.. i was only worried about just throwing the disc and getting better at that.. now im just starting to work in shots like this.. which also means i need disc that will help me with this.. i can't just use my halo mamba and passion for everything
Thanks Robbie, good stuff But how do you incorporate that with heavily wooded courses with tunnels and tight gaps? My local courses don't leave much left to right space anywhere, it's just trees and trails
What about distance being further with flat shots than hyzer? It seems in most cases you would not throw as far with the hyzer. There is the hyzer flip but that doesn’t bring the consistency as it would result in a more flat shot. Just trying to understand the hyzer shot to use it myself as I always throw flat. Appreciate the info!!
A nice Hyzer tool... an overstable (flat) Scroch. Yeet that sucker on a 30-45deg Hyzer, out wide... and watch it skip like a schoolgirl. I'm guessing it's the blunt parting line and convex lower rim... In calm conditions a scorch will do a vertical hyzer and land straight in line with the launch direction. My scorch flew beautiful pure curve Hyzers... On a practice day my party trick was to Hyzer bomb peoples bags or the teepad on the way back from the basket (out to about 250ft on a good day).. Interesting observation... (apart from forgetting to take in that big skip on lower angles.. my landing zone was almost always near perfect distance, left or right a bit... or more often, bang on target, slightly long/short. (One request was to throw it at their dog "He'll move"... Luckily I aimed wide left... landed left of him (he was facing left so in front of him) and skipped over... Granted, last time I'll do that... People maybe...) q8D LOVE MY PIG for Hyzer bullseyes as it usually sticks the landing and stays round for the putt out.

Niceee video bud
Is that a pink Ringer GT on the wall during the Manscape pitch?
How are you doing today Robbie?
Can you explain the difference between the hyzer and hyzer flip. And how you throw them.
Just disc selection.
Stable or overstable will hold hyzer
Understable will flip
Might want to aim lower if you want the hyzer flip
What if I have a noodle arm and can’t afford losing the distance because of the hyzer
I just am able to throw harder on hyzer.
10 or 15 degrees
Nice flippy sidewinder to get some S curve
I disagree Mr RUclips Man. The most important shot a man can throw, is the next one!
I'm sure this is a dumb question but please tell me Robbie saw the reservation for star pigs on Innova factory store!!!!!!!???????
got one ordered!
@RobbieCDiscgolf me too!
What if my natural form is flat?
My dream is that one day Robbie will ask me how I'm doing today. 😅
I need to find ANY shape with a forehand 😂
Is the pig ban finished with the star pigs comming out soon?
I hope so, was very surprised that innova finally made a production premium pig.
@ at 50$ each not sure the ban is over
Pig pack is a brutal 50.00 , you getting one and giving us a review??????
@@coryjarman7055 ordered!
Gonna keep it real, that ad read was way too much. I like that you try to keep things enthusiastic, just too much on this read.
