the red motor lock above the front wheel motor is not allowing the motor to swing back to bring up the wheel? can you help me fix it?

for me the up pitch and the down pitch wont work
the way i fixed it was deleting some parts of the cover of the engine because i realized that the reason why it doesnt work is because the elevators are blocked by those engine covers, simple delete some of the blocks and u might be fine
