Also Rob, Ashwagandha is really good at helping with cravings for nicotine. I would recommend quitting cold turkey after a week of the patches. I found it much better to just get it over with, rather than small doses. Ashwagandha is great, but only should be used intermittently, not for long periods of time, such as 2 months or more. I know you'll look into it.
