MP Gerald Giam (Aljunied GRC) asked why hiring rates of persons with disabilities (PWDs) are lower in the public sector compared to the private sector, whether the government, as Singapore's largest employer, should lead in inclusive hiring, and if there are concrete targets and strategies to boost PWD employment in the public sector.

Does it means that the employment of PWD in private sector no need job matching, skills and meaningful? WP is asking if gov can lead in pushing higher %age of PWD workerd in gov sector. Dont understand what is the difference between count the job and the job count? Please enlighten us....
