I know a lot of people are comparing the prices to where they live saying hers are expensive etc, but living in Canada (especially Ontario or BC) the living costs are also very high. If a lash tech is doing 20$ lashes, it's probably relative to where they live or they're underselling themselves a lot
I really wish lash artists would stop charging way below what they should because it makes it hard to charge a different amount because people think a 50 dollar full set is high. I live about an hour away from a big city and one of the salons charges 95 dollars for a full set, so people drive an hour and pay less, but I want to charge 125- 150. It makes things difficult.
I’m seriously considering getting into beauty and your videos have been soooooo informative. Not only in regards to the artistry but also the business aspects. New subscriber here!!
I definitely need more client's, and clients that actually come back for their fills on time etc... 🙄 I want to be booked all day everyday and it's hard even with promoting yourself 🤦🏽♀️
The studio looks cozy 😍👍❤️ The menu idea is awesome, to my taste. I'd love many beauty parlours and SPAs to have it that way. Here where I live we don't usually have it, unfortunately.
This video is so useful and I’m so surprised with how open you are with sharing the dets! Thank you for this!! I hope to be on a similar journey soon !
Hello Danielle! I'm a certified lash tech from Malaysia and I'm still very new to the business. I got my first 2 customers few days ago, one did classic full set and her friend did hybrid volume set. Its no joke that my arm hurts so soo much the next day so after watching this video I do feel a little better that I'm not the only one who felt that way 😂 anyways, love your videos! I get so excited when you post a new one every time xoxo
Hi! Can you make a video about how much lash technicians can make working full time or part time. I’m interested in knowing from someone that has a successful business. Thank you!
7 clients!?! Wow you are quick! I feel like I can only fit in 4 to 5. I'm new to eyelashes but I've been doing it for almost a year now, not as consistently as I'd like though.
My trainer charges $250 for volume so her prices are definitely not high! It 100% depends on where you live and the quality of products used! I'm just starting out but I expect my prices to be a couple bucks under my trainers!
We’re your prices the same from when you just started until now? Or did you start with less expensive prices and then raise them over time? I just started lashing and I’m wondering if I should just do a base rate, and then offer promos in the beginning especially.. or if I should make my base price lower because I’m new? Or does that not matter? 💕
What do I do for a late client? I have the same problem with tutouring. I’ve had students come 15 mins late and I went 15 mins over... I just feel bad for them
This is great! We shouldn’t devalue lash extensions. Our job is not easy but not everyone is our client. Clients should respect our time and education/skill.
Hey girl can you please do a video if you haven’t already on the difference between natural and normal sets? I’d love to determine the difference, I’d assume natural wouldn’t have an extension on each natural lash? I love your videos, I’ve learnt so much!
Lys B True but £60 is 102 Canadian dollars so it’s still pretty expensive and £60 here gets you a full set of Russians😂💋some people charge as little as £10 here😳
I follow some lash techs in the UK and it’s crazy how cheap they are! Some even travel to you for £30! It’s shocking! Here people pay up to $180 Canadian!
Hi Danielle, I really want to step into the hand injury because it would be a disaster. What is your favourite brand for fans? I watched that video but I missed it. Now I don't know which video I watched.
Trying to price the fills are so hard. I have clients that come after 4 weeks, their lashes still look good. But when you start to clean them and brush them, most are ready to come out, because the lashes are barely hanging on. Client thinks since they come with lashes still kinda full it would be cheaper. But in actuality, I pretty much have to do fullsets for them plus having to clean their lashes and removing ones that are ready to come off. I don't want to charge too little because of all the work, but if I charge too much for fills they think i'm scamming them. 😭
Hey, thank you for this. Just wondered how much you charged when you first started and you weren’t as quick? Did you charge your friends in the beginning? Also, I live in Greater London in the UK and there are some girls charging £50 which isn’t much but it seems to be the norm in my area. I want to charge much more. I have bills and a mortgage to pay 😩
Let your work speak for its self, classy shorter looking lashes (not the long ones) attract clients with money who do not want to go to cheap salons. If you do not use premade fans then you can charge more. I pay £140 for my lashes, I live in London also. She hand makes her fans and her work looks very classy and expensive. She was trained at the london lash pro salon. I would never step foot in a cheap salon. You just need to attract the right clientele. Techs who aren’t making their own fans should not be charging high prices. Also, post to Instagram and Snapchat maps regularly and use treatwell. Good luck on your journey.
I honestly believe your prices are really good. I know in areas I've seen these girls couldn't afford that price. If you know of an excellent one in my area can you please let me know. I'm in the Washington DC area. Maybe 5 minutes from the DC MD. line. I think you definitely know what you're doing. Money is just money. I'll pay. I lost my lashes after my surgery and they're taking their time growing back. Do u have any suggestions where I could get my lashes done please. Thank u very much.
I absolutely love lashing and I’m considering going full time with lashes instead of going back in forth between lashes and hair. The only difficulty I have with this is the days when I’ve booked all lashes, my body begins to hurt and I feel like my timing goes to shit. Is there any way to prevent this or does it just get easier the more you do it?
Stretch hands and back. Drink water constantly. Sips here and there. Make sure back is straight instead of hunched. Leave time for moving around instead of back to back appointments. Dont forget to breathe.
Trying to join lash beauties!! Love your videos. I’m newly getting started and I have SO MUCH to learn. Thank you for the pricing info! Super helpful. Please accept me into the fb group!😍

Can you make a video showing a “walk through” during one of your appointments? That would be so cool. And informative!

Can you please do an updated “how to get clientele” the most I’ve seen in a day is 3 😩 I’m trying to get more
3 in a day isnt bad hopefully they come back in 2 weeks. Focus on 1 a day!
How did those 3 people come to contact you?
Adrien Padovani I would love to see more than 3 but it isn’t everyday
I definitely need more client's, and clients that actually come back for their fills on time etc... 🙄 I want to be booked all day everyday and it's hard even with promoting yourself 🤦🏽♀️
Would you be okay with sharing a link or picture of you’re lash menu? I just loved that idea and would like to see it up close! Thank you!

Can you do a video about what licenses you need to work from home and anything else you need in order to start working from home?
Kawneki this depends where you live 😊

@@katelyn888 this damn pandemic definitely slowed it down for me, unfortunately 😩
Can you do a video on how to find eyelash extension supply vendor.
Can you make a video on how you book clients.? Do you keep up with your clients with a book or client cards.??

I DONT understand people charging over 100 for individual lashes when in Brooklyn my tech charged 35 and lasted almost a MONTH.

Hey Danielle. Who do you go through to get your lash products customised with your logo?
Hello, this was a great video! thank you. Are you still using these premade fans?
I loved hearing in a small town in Ontario!!! I’m in Dundas ! 🥰
What products do you use to do henna brows?
So happy to see you! Have amazing holidays🎅🎄🤶🏻

Do you have a video of henna brows application and products!?
coming soon
Ive never heard of a henna brow that would be so cool to watch... is it the same thing as a brow tint?
Hi Danielle, what is the difference between a classic natural set and a normal set
How much should I charge as a beginner for classic sets " keeping in mind I take 3 hours" and obviously is not a perfect set.
From Ontario Brampton
DO A VIDEO ON HOW TO MAKE BUSINESS CARDS !!!!
When I did the conversions from Canadian dollar or British pound my jaw dropped because them prices are soooooo high

Hey Danielle, I noticed that your london lash pro discount code isn't working......😟
Have you used it before?! It is a one time use one, if you don’t sign in you can usually use it again! ❤️
No, it was first time use. I think it may be a glitch with London lash because I also tried a bunch of other codes that also didn’t work☹️
I will contact them 💕
Discount code is fixed!!
