Only fly fishmen would spend 150 bucks to buy a table to spin two wires together. Cracks me up so much. Great design and thanks for the common sense approach to twisting wires!
I don't want to misconstrue it. I own and love an oasis dubbing brush table. They are amazing. I simply wanted to give people an opportunity to make brushes without one. But if you ask me, I say they are totally worth it. Especially if you are tying a lot of flies. I appreciate you taking time to watch. Thanks.
Looks great! Like most all hobbies, we can waste as much money as we can afford to waste. I like the 1 screw idea...this leaves money in the pocket to buy more materials!!
I see what you mean. I should have titled it "making dubbing brushes fast and easy without a dubbing brush table " I see how one can misconstrue it. I apologize. I appreciate you watching. I hope this helps you in your tying. Tight lines. August

Thanks man.
I'm a pretty casual tier and don't want to buy things I don't really need.
This technique will give me some good options.
Awesome! Glad I could help!

Great tutorial
Thank you!
Thank you so much for this trick.
I'm here for you.
Nice video. I did similar but didn’t even need to put a screw in my table. I put a c-clamp on the table and wrap the wire around that.
That would work very well!
I guess you could then avoid having to cut anything, just slide the wire off the post
I wouldn’t say that is without a table, but it is about as simple as one can make it. Nice demo.

Funny, looks very much like a table to me …
Well, it's a piano bench. So you're wrong. Also, I ment a dubbing brush table.
Isn't that a table?
Actually it's a piano bench. But I was referring to a dubbing brush table. You do not need a dubbing brush table to make brushes.
LOL
One in every crowd 😂😂😂😂😂
