Anyone here after Yankees vs rays and after Chapman gave up the game winning homerun 2 years straight. Man I miss when Chapman would always go 100 and up but now that he’s getting old he’s slowing down 😔😔 man the good old days
That was a great documentary. Knuckleball is also awesome. Now I'm sitting here waiting for "Curveball". I here it starts good then kind of drops off at the end...
Why isn’t Chapman a starter I always see him as a relief pitcher Seems like he throws so hard most of the time it’s in accurate I don’t know I think he should be a regular starter not a relelief picture
I know it’s been well over a year, but to answer your question, he can’t even if he wants to. Most starters will throw over a hundred pitches in a single good start but when Chapman goes over pitch number 30 he can’t even throw 99 anymore, he’s giving maximum effort to throw maximum velocity telling him to slow down or pace himself isn’t something you can just change either. Like how telling a sprinter to just slow down and you’ll be the best 1 Mike runner ever isn’t possible.
I would have to start swinging when he opened up the gate to bullpen
lol ikr

Lmao
Same
Before I get out the dugout I’m starting my swing
