Great segment on work life balance! Wish our parents had prepared us better but they were just trying to survive. The parents wise enough and with resources have been able to give their kids a head start.

I come home from work looking forward to hearing what the Chicas have to say and their opinions on topics that are important to me. I enjoy the diversity of the cast (Chicas). Thank you for giving me one more day of it (Saturday). I also enjoy the 1:1 with Bryan "Behind the Table because, I get to hear Bryan's opinions too. Love the show, love the comradery. 😊

My son did that. He is a minimalist, so saved super hard, did not spend, would negotiate a leave and head off to parts unknown. Got to 28 countries before he was 30 and wonderful experiences, made new friends as he travelled and now in his 30s, he has settled into job and family. I say bravo!

I went to Catholic school from kindergarten through college. I have NEVER met a nun. I was born in 1990. I understand it was different back in the day but most Catholic schools today do not employ nuns. Just fyi. Pretty rare.

I was born in '73 and went to Catholic middle school (public for elementary and high school -- went to catholic because of moving) and though our principal was a nun (heavenly shout out to Sister Anthony Leo) and the lunch support staff were nuns not any of the teachers were nuns across any of the grades -- K-8. All were lay teachers. (Even my religion teacher was our English teacher, with my own grandmother being one of the volunteer/associate lay teachers for religion class for 1st Communion and Confirmation -- I had her as my lay teacher for those during that semester from 2:15-3pm, lol.) I know a number of other schools still had nuns and/or the occasional priest as teachers, but starting with my generation (GenX) and definitely by the time of GenZ, with Millennials like you in the middle, the nun/priest numbers had definitely dropped dramatically compared to Boomers and Silent Gens (as Joy is a Silent Gen).
I went to Catholic school also and all the nuns were teachers. Of course I am 70 so this was a long time ago but we still have a few nuns at our church/school
@@dmhollowell (Just jumping back in cus the algorithm had your response show up in my feed, lol) -- that is a generally age/generation-related thing in the overall, though, like I noted above: Most Silent Gen and Boomer students had nuns (and occasional priests) as teachers during those decades, but for most catholic schools starting for some GenX (like myself) and especially for Millennials and the recent/current GenZ, the nun/priest ratio has dropped dramatically. Many/most catholic schools across the country have majority/mostly lay teachers. (Obviously there can be exceptions here and there -- particularly for certain core-catholic communities or those that have affluent support -- but generally speaking most of the nuns/priests aren't teaching at those schools any more.)

Many of these illegals include gang members, cartels, and terrorists, who, under the Biden administration, were allowed to commit heinous crimes : human/sex trafficking of women and children, rape, murder and drug trafficking of fentanyl /killing thousands of Americans. Selena G needs to grow up /start living in the real world outside of Hollywood, and face the consequences of a failed (Biden) administration under which everyday Americans citizens have had to suffer.

Does anyone even watch this misinformation, out of touch, "show"?? This is just a group of has beens and never beens that just like hearing their own voice. Sunny is the worst of them all.. HER HUSBAND IS IN TROUBLE FOR LYING, yet she wants to point the finger at others for lying. Sunny needs to be humbled, and she will be, especially by Jesus. Sunny, Whoopi and Joy shouldn't even have a job for how irrelevant they are. I never watch this show but see clips of it on RUclips, and I hope they all learn a lesson. You do realize that the show is called The View for a reason? It’s always been about women sharing different opinions and views. They hired Alyssa not only because they thought she would be a good fit with the other hosts, but because she is a Republican. If you and others who seem confused about the concept of the show had your way, it would be called The Liberal View. I’m saying this as a moderate Democrat who wants to hear differing views, and not live in an echo chamber.

My daughter also went to Sacre Coeur Internat in Switzerland first she hated me but now she’s more than thankful because she has learned a lot from the experienced she speaks 4 languages, learn how to play Piano, painting and sports like Tennis in summer and Skiing in Winter.

I went to an all girls nun convent for grades 7-9. BEST EXPERIENCE!! Everything Anna says is true. And in the news, we always hear about the negative experiences with nunsand I don’t belittle those moments. From my experience, they were dedicated, conscientious, kind, ladies who dedicated their life to our education and our well-being.
Please contact your Congresspeople - especially Republicans - and demand impeachment!
