Harshavardhan was great follow of sivanism and pala was also follow of Hinduism. Sad thing is that we see Nalanda through eyes of British or foreigners huien tsang. Lord curzon said Alexander Cuningham is good Archaeologist but he always see bias and look Buddhist ARCHAEOLOGY. According Alexander Cuningham Harappan was Chinese city and part of Buddhist religion. Read travellers history wherever huien tsang traveller jain, Vedic and Buddhism was prominent. Buddhist university started due to Alexander excavation
