Hello. I have replaced toner pump rubbers on machines that could not load toner at all but after replacing the machine loads toner by itself. The problem is that after every few copies, mostly 2 the machine indicates toner is out. What could be causing this? I have forced toner several times but the result is the same.
Replacing the rubber bands was too late and now you don't have enough developer. The only solution is to replace the developin units in the colors that have problems.
ciao mi dice Toner nero esaurito se metto nuovo Toner dice sempre Toner esaurito. ho disattivato "Toner end detection" mettendo notdetect e funziona tutto alla perfezione. quindi non è la pompa ad avere problemi? posso lavorare sempre in not detection Toner? thanks hi it says black toner out of stock if I put in new toner it always says toner out of stock. I deactivated "Toner end detection" by putting notdetect and everything works perfectly. So it's not the pump that's having problems? Can I always work in Not Detection Toner? thanks
@@MrRicoh ciao se lo riattivo mi dice tuner esaurito anche se è nuovo. Ho notato che il Toner nero risulta non rilevabile come lo riattivo? qual'è il codice? codice 3045 riattivato ma non va.
Open the front cover, and then open the right cover. Remove the transfer unit (two securing screws). Then remove the 4 securing bolts at the front and disconnect the Drum Units. Pull out the Drum Units and you have access to the pump on the back case. You will need a flashlight.
