I can't wait for DSC :) Thanks for these awesome breakdowns, it's really fun to see what people do, plus we get some knowledge along the way, and a ton of inspiration to start trying ourselves. I will never be remotely competitive, but I am so excited to get at least some of these techs down to be able to move things faster for my fireteam as an extra challenge to the game.

Haven't done GOS in many years. I always watch speed running guides to redo older content because there's so much great info on strats that weren't widely known when the content came out, and a lot of it really cuts down the time on boring ad clear encounters and long immune boss phases.

Btw I have messed a little bit around with the ZoomIt tool and if you press rightclick twice it will actually let you exit drawing mode too without kicking you out of fullscreen mode when you're going over a pov on src. Thought I'd let you know if you continue doing this wonderfull series :)

Another great vid 🎉 I always noticed the game had a certain randomness feeling when it comes to certain checks, knew it was some sort of “after some many ticks, do check” but never connected the dots that it’s called a frame rule. So weight of darkness/lost-in-time checks (checking if the player is stood next to a lamp/is all players inside a portal) is every one second? Cool Is it known if that check is in sync with the starting of the raid? Or is it the starting of the encounter? So like if I start the encounter at 20.75 seconds it will do angelic checks at 24.75,28.75,32.75?
i love this series, is there any chance that once you finish with the new crotas, you can do these videos on the vaulted raids? or d1? the differences in those eras of movement would be pretty interesting
How would a cascade point hgl rotation on Sanc compare to cataphract? Is BnS better dps than cascade or does the latter just not hold enough damage to kill?
I have CE, SE, VoG, KF, and any% LW. I don't have GoS, DSC, LW, VotD, and RoN. I did run GoS at one point but some of the team quit the game so it didn't really pan out, I might run it at some point!
