I love Red Dead mainly for the horses so the lack of horse breeds in RDO while GTAO gets news cars each week has been off-putting and made me lose interest in playing. I can only buy the same exact horses with their few coat options so many times before I get tired of playing completely. Thanks to this tutorial I fully intend to join The Rift Trails in the very near future! Buying completely new horse breeds and coats, training them, and riding occasional trails with other equestrian-loving people such as myself sounds like fun! Plus it sounds like everyone is nice on this server, which is certainly a wonderful change from regular RDO too.
I played yesterday for the first time and I also went on a 30 min trail ride, everyon is so warm and welcoming I’m so happy with how sweet everyone is in the community!!
Honestly, I have always been curious about the Rift and I never understood how it worked! But this is genuinely interesting and informative... who knows, maybe even a potato like me might jump in one day ♥

it said this to my sister, just wait to be approved. they have to manually introduce you into the server :) their little verification sometimes says VPN error

Hey, I struggle with it as well and as a Rifter, i can say the Rift is extremely welcoming and considerate to those who may need an extra breather. There is a way to put a lil message on you in game with /self to put that you may want space and you can voice that you may have issues with some things when joining events/vcs. As any public server, there will likely be times where you are not comfortable or your limits are pushed, and the team is really good about acting immediately on matters like that when they are reported with /report. But Its truly a joy to be in the Rift, the team is taking great care of it, and there's so much to do to tickle the brain, especially if pixel ponies are a interest of yours!
Horses are becoming an interest of mine! Though everything ive tried like Star Stable, or other games either never get updated ever or go down in shambles cause of some unrelated thing its like horse games are cursed :(

Hi! I know this has nothing to do with this video, but I’ve got a request. Or a question, and it’s that I don’t know how to put shaders in your modpack, because every time I put opti fine in, when i play the game it doesn’t load. But when i remove opti fine, it runs just fine. This is a huge problem for me, so if you could please explain maybe in a video why that happens, i would be really happy ❤
My modpack already has Rubidium, so no optifine needed. Press “o” and it’ll open up the shaders menu :) Optifine cancels out Rubidium and Optifine is super unoptimized so I don’t suggest using it for 1.18 🤍
I explained it in the video :) Whitelist is a reaction role within the Discord, it's manual so you can do it anytime after being approved on the Discord
You can buy RDO solely (Steam or Rockstar) without story mode and mod it just fine, yes. I recommend fortitude or fikit, other mod menus will get you banned. Or play on RedM!

I mean, if u really like harry potter specifically, just don’t share that or anything about it in this server. It says specifically “no Harry Potter related ‘content’”, so just don’t talk about it. Enjoying it privately outside of the server isn’t something anyone else can dictate
Due to the controversy surrounding statements made by the creator of Harry Potter, many people are divided by it and issues have arisen because of it. Therefore, just like religion and politics, we'd rather keep it (and other controversial topics) out of The Rift to prevent issues between members. There are many other platforms where people can have those discussions, including within DMs. Besides, The Rift isn't a Harry Potter related server anyway.

RedM has zero connection to RDO. Same with multiple RedM servers, you will sadly have to create a new character on each RedM server 😂 It’s a TASK
