Here I am, sorry for the late reply. This is called "fast hardcore thrash" also known as "fastcore". There's a huge scene of bands playing this kind of noise, from all the world. Regarding the old japanese scene from late 90's early 00's (as Crucial Section are) I can suggest you: FLASH GORDON, LIE, YOUTH ENRAGE, CHARM, breakFast, DxRxY (drunk rock youth) just to name a few. Other bands from the 80's and 90's playing this kind of very fast shit are SOB, ROSE ROSE, LÄRM, INFEST, SPAZZ, CAPITALIST CASUALTIES, HHH. Check my channel and you'll find also many different compilations of fastcore music. One of the best labels publishing great bands is 625THRASHCORE from California. GBH is a fucking great combo but falls more on the UK82 style typical of english bands like Chaos Uk or English Dogs, Attak or Broken Bones. I love that shit as well! Yeah speedcore is a type of EDM. this kind of ultra fast punk/hardcore is more commonly called Thrashcore
