Omg cannot thank you enough. I have always struggled making puff pastry and just the thought of puff pastry used to make me tired as its time consuming. But after seeing ur recipe I wanted to try and so i did and omg results were amazing!!!! All of my family were so pleased. 500g makes a lot of puffs i had no idea until i succeeded.
