    Dear Mr. Bhatia, I remember back in 2015 or so, I visited Rasoi by Vineet in Geneva, and if I'm not mistaken, you were in the kitchen. It was an unbelievable culinary experience which I still remember fondly to this day. Thank you for making food memorable beyond words. Simply stunning. Cheers!
