This was hilarious but its definitely true I learned my lesson about letting ppl borrow money. When I was 19 I was working at LAX I had a cousin the same age he was a manager at a grocery store & he had just had a kid. My cousin was kinda snobby & frugal he would constantly be buying new things for him his baby mama & mom. He was also the type to brag about & make fun of your stuff. Fot example him my uncle & aunt all shipped in to get a $2000 stereo system for the house fast forward some time I bought my self a $500 stereo the 1st time he saw it he said let's see how loud it bumps. So he put the volume up then said oh it ok but it sucks compared to mine. I said well I live at home I can't be having my music crazy loud outta respect for my family. He said lmao yeah right just say thats all you could afford. Which pissed me off so said "yeah but this is mine bought it by myself it didn't take 3 people to buy it. What are you gonna do when you gotta move out who's gonna get the stereo or are you gonna live with your mom your whole life. Anyways that was just to get a picture of the type of person he was back to my point. But I moved away from them to a new school 2 years back and tbh, and I wouldn't consider any of my friends to be 'good' friends because we never really connected and I find the people here so different from where I lived before. Anyways, I still have friends and he is one of them. I lend him the money around August and I just said that he needed to pay me back before the end of the year. Instead, they just cut them off from their lives. After reading those stories, I decided to do the same. It felt right somehow. It was nearly Christmas and the end of the year. I was moving to a different class next year because I was going to grade 11 since I'm going to be skipping a grade. I won't see him in class anymore.
