Although a commoner these days Athlehampton was the home of my 12th Great Grandfather William Martyn (1446- abt 1504) so in watching this I thought I might find some clues to help me resolve relationship discrepancies - it didn't! But I did feel an amazing attraction to the property and though not a believer in an afterlife the drama was intense and enjoyable. Thanks for a great little experience.
I love it when they have dogs on the show. I find it fascinating that animals can sense ghosts. I do hate it when Jason tries to explain it away. I know that's his job but I prefer the paranormal explanation.
Back when MH was cool, all those words from Yvette at the beginning became farcical in later years.Derek and Jason on opposite ends of belief's was great.
The riddlers are my family on RUclips these old most haunted bring memories of Derek bits of tears in my eyes wish he was alive coss I have heard in my ears one of my friends and one grandad as he was a pipe smoker of the smell but r I p Derek 🙏 and you have Sam with you
Complete rubbish! Gaelic/Scots Gaelic in north of Scotland, French never spoken by majority of people, confined to Royal Court and some aristrocratic houses.
why is it that Sir William Martyn DIED in 1504, yet when crew member asked Martyn what year it was, Martyn replied "1600's" era? Is Derrick really a true medium?
What funny is that guy contradicts himself every episode to episode. He says that he doesn't want anecdotal evidence, but solid proof or collaborative sighting by more than two people at once. Well that is anecdotal also evidence, whether it is with one or two or three. Say he sees something and no one else sees it. That is anecdotal. If he along with other sees something; well that is anecdotal. Because there is no way to prove that it had happened, beyond his and others testimony of seeing it. He likes to set the rules to how he allows himself to deny whatever he sees now or in the future. Jason Karl, I have written many comments. Go find a known demon haunt.
Does every paranormal-whatever (in this case parapsychologist) looks edgy and too...not sure how to call it, but looks like one of those scammers on which cheap people fall for, with all the open shirt for unknown reason, showing chest hair... the hair with gel (like wtf, but that part I might understand, it was late 90's and early 2000's thing, and this ep was in 2002.)...
colin mcgovern . I saw him live, he was an astonishingly good medium. Most haunted blighted the poor man's career which is a shame and we'll never know what really took place when they 'debunked ' him. Notice that you never see any mediums in their later and present shows? No one dare risk their reputations.
Bless you Derek you will never be forgotten 🙏 r I p
Jason "Who is on the throne?" Derek "find out yourself"... very nice, Derek.. you swerved that like a master.
Right? It was James the First.. and I was unprepared also! 😂

Well, hey there relative. He was also a great grandfather of mine. My late grandfather lived in Canada. Some of the family emigrated here.

Watching Derek Acorah in vintage MH clips is hilarious. To think he convinced the rest of the crew for many years he's an actual medium cracks me up.
Because he was, now do one and spread lies elsewhere.
The dog saw something!
Yea he said "1605, can't you hear me?!"
god what a beautiful place
any show with a medium is ridiculous. This medium makes me laugh hahaha
Do one, stop talking absolute trash
Well he was outed as a fraud years later.
