It's weird to do that when you're already behind on board, but Possibility Storm + High Noon in play means that neither player can play spells anymore. So that's cool You try to play a spell -> it gets exiled -> you exile more cards until you hit another spell -> cast that spell instead (second spell) -> it get's denied by high noon In a control matchup this card out actually means that it's really hard to counter spells. You try to counter a spell -> it gets exiled -> you exile more cards until you hit another instant -> if it's a counter spell. Great, but if it's not you suddenly play a brainstorm or similar
