The HanRongDa HRD-701 is advertised as having excellent sound quality! I believe that it is a 40mm high quality speaker! The radio is a soldier type of radio built with screws & military type knobs! Interesting that a Chinese radio manufacturing company is building this radio for the American consumer! Lots of features on the HanRongDa from BT & a weather band with MW/FM along with shortwave! I am consideting purchasing one!

I love miniaturized gadgets, and I just got into shortwave listening so I guess I´ll order one of those myself to play around, thanks for sharing! 👍

Did you ever buy one? How is reception on FM and SW (can't expect much on AM with it's little inbuilt antenna rod)

Enjoy your videos…any input comparing the Raddy RF750 vs this digitally tuned version? I am having a hard time deciding between the two but they seem similar otherwise. TIA

They really are quite similar. There is a bit more coverage on this one. But the Raddy 750 just looks cool. If you choose this one, program some memories to speed band changes.

Very helpful video Sir, thank you for sharing all that knowledge. I was wondering, are you a pilot and if so do all pilots wear their wristwatch that way? Seems like you were in the Air Force, thank you for your service. 🇺🇸

I was an Air Force pilot for many years. As for the watch, I have a bunch of working watches with badly scratched crystals. I turned it around to help prevent ruining another one.

  • @АлександрДанилов-и2ю

Replacing the battery within 5 seconds does not cause the clock and radio frequencies to malfunction.
