I think it would've been nice if at first the music would play normal, but then at 0:24 is when the speed kicks up to about x1.25 just like with the trailer version.
It's beocuse hate guy didn't have so much items , if he got Mr fetus or brimstone , or at least high tears up or speed up this boss will go down quickly
Altough it is kinda repetitive, I like the addition of this mini boss for it's uniqueness and being honest he's fun even when fighting him for the third or bazillion time 👹👍

Fiend folio is completely compatible with Revelations, even having some enemies exclusive to having both mods enabled once. It doesn’t blow it out of the water, it elevates it.
it looks kinda slow. like whenever the fight's getting somewhere the lights go off and everything is back to how it was before, then you do it again and again
I guess but he is meant to be a mini boss And even then so much effort is put into this fight alone, the lights, camera movements and small little cut scenes just add so much charm to this one little character Though I do see your point from a gameplay perspective and understand what you mean

it does normally it has a prelude showing off ragtimes how the backupdancers work before ragtime appears and music turns up a notch
