    Sir vyaghr kriya ya knee se hone wala koi bhi yoga ya exercise karti hu to knee ka dard badh jata hai mujhe varicose veins ki problem h or weight bhi 85kgh please koi is parkar ka package banane ki knee dard bhi thik ho or weight bhi loose ho thanks🙏🙏 sir
