That's an embarrassing run of defences when there were the likes of Mayweather, Pacquiao, Broner, Garcia, Thurman, Maidana, Bradley, Matthysse etc. around.

Well this applies to all aspects of life doesn't it? Not just necessarily boxing. Anyone being told that there are people levels ahead of them in what they do would unconsciously not find it pleasant, but how one reacts to it is what matters. If you are truly levels below, then just admit that you're levels below. Simple. There's no shame in it. No version of Kell Brook would have been the favorite against Crawford that night as Bud's boxing is way too complicated compared to Kell's.

What I mean by that is the first 3 rounds were really nip and tuck both had success and Crawford was getting caught by brooks right hand.
