    Our shop has been using Tech2Win for years but with the recent switch over to TLC the instructions and process got confusing. Your video is a great walk-through of how to update and use Tech2Win. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video.

    so in order to do the lease renewal via the "security" menu item, should all mdi's be disconnected?

    I get it to start to update and it gives me a error saying check connection and power. I've tried it on 2 different computers. Really not sure what to do at this point.

    they update the software its different interface now , there is no additional tools button

      Hover your mouse on the side and use the scroll wheel and scroll down. It should be there.

      @@colchilibeck I can't even get to the Tech2win site to update to the new site. I have been trying to get through to tech support for over an hour now. I already purchased the subscription. Can you assist?
