I get it to start to update and it gives me a error saying check connection and power. I've tried it on 2 different computers. Really not sure what to do at this point.
@@colchilibeck I can't even get to the Tech2win site to update to the new site. I have been trying to get through to tech support for over an hour now. I already purchased the subscription. Can you assist?

they update the software its different interface now , there is no additional tools button

Hover your mouse on the side and use the scroll wheel and scroll down. It should be there.
