hey man! you are doing a great job on your flight. normal people do not follow the checklist to turn on their strobe lights after pushback or other crazy stuff. I am so glad you do exactly what a pilot does and am proud of you. You do have a lot of staff that need to be improved and it is okay. take your time to fix those and I believe you will be better.
