This is amazing, but I injured myself at work and bent my leg sideways. I have surgery coming in a few days and I'll have my knee reconstructed. Irony can be quite cruel.

My own force caused my knee to give in and I just collapsed on the spot. It was a really bad day because I was getting rained on, getting cursed at and mocked by my own team, so I let my anger out on a 3000 lb can which was bowed and dragging on the mat, I was also pushing uphill as well. I'm getting better though. I can somewhat walk with the aid of one crutch now. It's only been a week since surgery.
